You need to follow the assasins of Sonny, they will go to a empty warehouse, you have to kill all the Tataglia and interrogate the tollboth attendant.

Then you go to a bar in Hell's Kitchen and kill the Tattaglias and talk to the Underboss.

You need to be quick and go to The Corleone Compound, there you will talk with Don Vito Corleone.
