  • @zer01life i made one and it looks good upclose but its really blurry when you go farther away, and i even put makro mode? any suggestions? and i used a peep hole

  • @WHYxRAINxIxWANAxBMX

oh i don't know sorry, I think I just got lucky. if you've tried all the modes I'd suggest see how it looks with the lens a bit more distant from the camera...sorry I couldn't be of more help

  • hot. you, not the lens ;)

  • dope

  • dude... your place look awesome!

  • @TpAcTuKa

not my place anymore...some rich Brazillian prostitute bought it off of us (true story) : ( but thanks.

  • Cereal (:

  • works a bit like a vignette

  • it worked and if u add a wide angle to the end its beast

  • @alexnrachel1234 try puting ur camera on macro mode

  • i really wanna know how you made yours not blurry , cause mines like yours , at first. so whatd you do?

  • nice it works!!

  • did not work

  • @sk8infreak3774

I'm thinking about taking this vid down....to many people failed and I can't bear the guilt

  • Hey dies it matter if it isn't wide screen?

  • man, when i put it to my camera its with terrible quality, like your in 1:47 ...what should i do?

  • @Burov96

look for manual focus, or makro mode..that should fix it I think

  • @Burov96 might be because if you zoomed in you might have digital zoom or set it to marco focus mode

  • i have those same yellow cereal bowls.. biggest ones i got.

  • @Smellymonkeyskater

    inner tube

  • peep holes work good as well

  • this made me laugh. Nice fisheye to be honest. kinda sketch

  • Thumbs up for eating cereal while waiting

  • where do you guys live?!?! those houses look sickkkkkkK!!!!!!!

  • @soccermaster7

Portugal...and I'm glad we share an architectal interest.

  • @zer01ife Awesome man! I love architecture.. I am studying for it in school :D I love layouts of rooms and houses. I saw your "room" which looked like it was in a basement, but its well done. great job!

  • Lets test the shit out of it! :)

  • THANKYOU!!!!!!!

  • Random rhyming starting at 2:15

  • cool stuff dude!

  • that is wayy better than alot of real fisheyes ive seen that looks professional dude good job im tryin that

  • @TotallyAnonymous55

thanks man : ) just make sure you get a nice fisheye that works, people normally have problems finding a good one, I just got lucky I guess

  • cool 8D

  • CHEESY!!!!!

  • @esker1000

    thank you : )

  • I love cereal and skateboarding!

  • @JSkateProductions OMG no way me 2 :D lol

  • haha nice ima try that with a bike tube!

  • lol thats the best homade fisheye it doesnt have as much vig as the others im getting a baby death tho cool vid

  • do you know how much degrees it is?(ex.180 degrees)

  • your techniqly(spelling idc) just adding vig around you don't get the affect of close objects closer than they appear

  • NICE HAT 2.99

  • Is that a bungie cord at 3:32 ?

  • @TheAvery86

inner tube...normally works better in a bike tire though

  • You know those lenses that stay in doors of apartments where you see the person who is knocking before you open it .... well, I use them as a fisheye ... they have 200 ° opening, and are very good ... the only problem is that depending on the camera (especially cellphone and the like) you have to take it apart to adjust the focus of it (yes, these cameras do not have external adjustment has internal adjustment) ... Then just turn off the automatic adjustment of brightness and bang ....

  • ok and how do you adjust that ?

  • what did you use to undo the little screws? :]

  • @tiglax22 mabay you might want to try a screw driver

  • are you to gay

  • @ThemediaTutorials1

yes..ask your dad about it he likes to join

  • i dont get it right i used a door viewer and its perfet but when i zoom in to focis it it doesnt focus its pisses me off

  • this was hilarious and informational

  • All else aside, don't you think that you'd viewers might have more confidence in what you're saying if you could some day learn what white balance is and how to use it, either while filming or in post processing so you don't look jaundice?

  • @Euph0ria74

    maybe I am jaundice...or Asian...

  • @zer01ife can the fisheye lens be bigger than the regular camera lens?

  • @guitarded0081

it probably even better if it is : )

  • i have the same lens u have but every time i put it on my camera lens

its blurry :(,and i see yours its blurry at first but then its clear?

  • @simplicity818

I had to adjust the focus...which isn't possible when the camera is filming, try adjusting the focus

  • that was a real fisheye at the end liar

  • easier way: buy a door viewer/peephole take the lens off at the top, and just tape it on your camera

  • Smart man

  • wtf this so perfect

  • why doesnt mine work its just really blury ? :s

  • @unitedandyrecruit

you know what...I think I might have to take down this vid...too many people failed at making one...adjust the focus, either with manual focus...or in makro mode.

the fish eye lens needs to be big though and not all work

  • you said i could use a disposable camera? they come with fisheye lenses?

  • @douwethaman

sometimes they do...but you're better off using a cheap binocular lens or a big peephole

  • 0.05 is very fun picture

  • Dude, What's Up With The Music?

  • This is probably the best homemade fisheye i have even seen ^^

  • 0:44 what your going to shit out of it

  • @skat3almost

glue the shit out of it

  • @TooHuman it makes skate videos look better, just looks more 3d when doing grinds and stuff

  • Why the relation between skaters and fisheyes????

    just dont get it.......

  • @TooHuman Fisheye lenses are super wide. This allows the camera to catch everything even if its not in the best position to catch the action, making it much simpler for a cameraman on a moving board to point a camera at someone doing a difficult trick and still get decent footage of it.

  • @dbigdude13 Sweeeeeet bro, thanx!

Now i feel like i want to get some sk8 shots

  • wow lol

  • Hey that's really great. Thanks very much !

  • whoa! uhhh huh huh huh

  • can u make a video showing the difference

  • @619ycan619

meaning I would have to buy a fisheye lens when I already have a good one...I still have and use this one

  • @zer01ife no this is perfect i just wanna see the difference between this and no fisheye haha

  • @619ycan619

ah ok, thanks...ok I'll see wha I can do

  • would that fit a jvc everio gz-ms120 ??

  • @MyTheboom

just check if a bottle cap fits around it...if not find something that does

  • Hey, how I can fix the blurry?

  • @defn00bi

manual focus or macro mode...test your camera with different settings

  • whats the solution when its blurry

  • Dude wtf! Dx I thought it was a dispoleable camera that does that not an "old camera" I already took it apart.

  • @JTooTehAke

yeh so did I, see if it works anyway, for some people it worked, if not use any big lens you can find

  • omg, cool room / house, would love to live down there ;)

  • @lahme9haha

we moved now, im in a tiny apartment now lol

  • Okay I'm commenting about the thing with 3 skateboards! That was like AMAZING too me haha :)

  • @samsunggirl55

lol, trust me its allot easier than it looks...you could probably do it : )

  • @zer01ife I'll try it one day! :)

  • ghetto, save up 50 bucks and buy a nice fisheye on ebay

  • Cool! Is it just a case of using a screwdriver to remove the screws from the plate that holds the lens from the cheapie camera? Apart from the cut-off bottle cap, I wonder if you could also glue a step-down ring or step-up ring to accurately screw the fisheye assembly on to your camcorder lens.

  • its not the same lens

  • @hotmail612

so many people have told me that, trust me it is though

  • we have the same keyboard! haha.

  • does any desposible camera have this lens

  • @StayGoldTy

I've seen it done with those types of lenses, but I would think a bigger lens would work better

  • lol dat was funny! and sick!! niiice idea!!! x3 haha!!

  • u legend!

  • how to you make it stick on the the camera lens without falling off? Did you glue it onto the camera?

  • cool man, where do you guys live?

  • how do u make it not blury cause i did it but it looks like shit

  • @ThatJackAttack

mess around with manual focus to make it closer, or use macro mode

  • dude can it work on a digital cam?

  • posers you guys suck

  • @TheOsvaldo220 HOW ARE THEY POSERS? They are wearing cowboy hats and plaid pants

  • THROUGH A MUTHA FUCKIN FISH EYE LENS!

  • does it work? it doesnt seem like it does

  • @Ygr0ups123

well works for me : )

  • old school fisheye!

  • @ClickItTV

nope, your'e the idiot for believing in him, i don't really care if you don't believe it, makes it that much better : )

go back to your troll cave

  • ur hott

  • lol magnum P.I. this is sick. i have to do this.

  • this is fake...he made the one with the bottle cap but when he said it it looks like this (blurry) dont worry,,,, then he put on a reall fish eye lens to make it look clear and make it look like its really the one he made

  • @MyStErYsK8R1308

sorry Magnum P.I but you're wrong on this one.

the camera must be turned off in order to adjust the focus, I have to do it every time I put the lens on manually...macro mode doesn't work for my camera

  • thanx amigo...nice cowboy hat

  • hey when it got blury how do u fix it

  • you can either put it on makro mode or manual focus it to closer...its a pain in the but to do it everytime, but thats life

  • It's hard to believe this is from a disposable camera. It seems too much like a real Fish-eye that pros use. I haven't made this, but it seems to smooth around the edges and stuff and no glare to not be real.

Theres no point in trying anyway, all my cameras have big lenses so really I can only buy a real one.

  • ( ) <----- fisheye!

  • fucking buy and kenko or and opteka 43x if ur gonna make a homemade fisheye or gett a good fisheye like opeteka 3x fisheye babydeath

  • i see a steel series mouse B)

  • @kamarulrad correct me if im wrong

  • man it sux i dont know anything about cameras and i got the samsung smx f40 and n ote lenses fiton ittht suxx big hairy monkey ball : ( lol

  • thats insane

  • thanks for the tutorial, whats the name of the first song??

  • incognito - summer's ended

  • thanks! appricate it!!

  • just buy one for like 30 bucks cheap bastards

  • you buy one for 30 bucks then...why even bother clicking on this video?

  • what kinda light did you put on the side there? and how did you get it to stay there in place?

  • dot it or whatever its called, I got the cheap Chinese stuff, then just double sided sticky tape...simple

  • thnx next week im gettin aiptec ahd 100

  • does it muck up your cam

  • only the one you're taking the lens from

  • its not so good like a normal fisheye but its pretty cool!

  • I think its better than some fisheye I've seen...but its personal opinion I guess, I guess its not as good as a 80$ fisheye though

  • this is the best homemade ive seen xD

  • cheers man : )

  • so you can use lenses from those cheap five dollar cameras

  • sometimes it works with some cameras, but I would use the largest you can find, there are many things you could use, like toy binoculars...

  • @zer01ife does it work the same with camcorders?

  • it works way better on my friends camcorder than on my picture camera because it auto focuses no problem, mine you have to manual focus it every time, pain in the ass but you get used to it.

  • @gLockS510 kool, thanx

  • i have canon powershot a610 LOL

  • Lol I had this camera and I bought a 52 mm lens for it but then the camera pissed me off so I broke it lol now I use the lens on a rig I made for my Kodak Zx1

  • why is mine all blurry?

  • you either have to manual focus or put macro mode on, and if that fails try putting the lens further from the camera and zooming in...works for some. not me though

  • ok thank you so much

  • mine still looks like urs does at 1:45 idk what you did to make it clear

  • I dont know what to tell you, the only way to fix it is maual focs...so I'm out of ideas. did you at least find manual focus?

  • yah idk how to use it really though

  • dude i did this exact same thing yesterday except i used an old jvc cam corder

  • this is one of the best tutorials ive seen so far for the fisheye lens

  • Anyway, I take the liberty to give you 5 MacGyver-score for a brilliant idea!

  • hahaha lol, im working of a motorbike out of 2 elastic bands and a bottle

  • I tried to find something negative to say about this but damn .... cool trick dude.

Finish your breakfast before filming !!!

  • there u go, u found something negative..cool man

  • @chickennone hhahahha

  • I made a sick fisheye doin this. Thanks! (def worth getting electecuted twice)

  • @Personhaz

haha so did i. it hurt

  • thats wat i did touched the flash

  • yeh I think it stores electricity, didn't shock me though

  • how do i take the lense out of the camera?

  • make sure you are willing to brake the camera first, and make sure the lens is big enough to work, then just stab it and rip it appart, don't touch the flash ecause everyone seems to be getting a shock from it.

  • i tried tha had an electric shock from something

  • I don't have the Bowl at 1:08, but I'm still cool.
