you need an extra 2 feet of stove pipe outside to get a good draft or youre gonna have smoke inside,,really like what you done with the place,,where did you get those cool windows?..nice work
Very interesting project. I'm looking to build a cabin with a 20 foot container myself. Been soaking up all the info I can online. I really like the idea of using portholes, where did you find those?
I built them. They are pipe, and 1/4 inch polycarbonate (bulletproof plastic) then I cut the matching flanges on my computerized plasma arc. Email if you need flanges or templates made.

That is one cool little place. I bet you could make it a nautical theme easily without trying too hard.

what is too stop some kids from walking up in the middle of the night and sticking 5 locks on it and me being stuck inside?
nectarineblue 3 years ago
The easiest way would to put one single lock of your own on the doors, making it impossible for anyone else to use the latch

so these are not prebuilt, one has to put everything in themeselves..?

They are made as you see them shown.

Do you have an Email address? What would it cost for the templates and flanges?

The email address is on the website. I would need to know the inside diameter of the flanges and how many you would want.
