there are many experiences that you can do as part of your admission fee, such as pat Koalas, feed kangaroos, and hand feed the elephants. There are other things that you can do such as have your photo taken with a Burmese Python, baby aligator or holding a koala, pat the tortoises, wombats etc....these all start from $7.95
No I don't think so. Most the Animals at the zoo are Australian animals and reptiles but there are other animals there as well as you can see in my video,Although this is just a selection of animals not all of them. But I don't recall seeing any Hyenas there.
In the not-too-distant-future, Australia Zoo will be expanding to 3 times its current size...750 acres! This will include the long-awaited Orangutan exhibit, Madagascar Island and a 300 acre african safari park...so...Spotted Hyenas at Australia Zoo might become a reality!!!
5 year 'traineeship' apparently at Australia Zoo- that's just for THEIR tigers...need to basically be with the tigers as they grow up to really be intimate.

you can feed elephants and do many encounters with animals, and feed the kangroo's freely! It is the best palce in the world
