  • what do u mean not hijab. Do u mean like the camel hump style or do u mean like wearing tight pants and a short fitted top?

  • I've got a solution, how about men wear blindfolds, then they can view or judge a woman AT ALL. Problem solved!

  • @mishcav that would remove women from accountability wouldn't it?

  • This one is the first video & it's my favorite<3 !

  • Backlashers including negative commenters plus those 27 dislikes just got face-palmed, real bad.

  • Going shopping today, It's hot as f* here in Florida, my hair is up in a ponytail, I'm wearing a tank top, and bermuda shorts. Holy shit!!!, guys are looking at my arms and calves, not my kindness!!. Give me a break.

  • @feffa305 The Hellfire doesn't give breaks...

  • @TheMakeen1

    Only too true... ='(

May Allah save us from the fire

    Ameen =)

  • Masha Allah, well said. keep the vids coming

  • Amazing man

  • You know the convertible hijab...thats pakistani clothing normally..not covering until azaan or ayah being recited.

  • thanks .. i like it >>> يعطيك العافيه كفيت و وفيت

  • this has gone to far.... i loved Islam until i tried to live it out...too many rituals! I did everthing for God and it still wasn't enough. God bless those who can put up with all these rules.

  • @CosmoMakeupgurl So let me get this straight.. You used to love Islam, but now u don't. Yet u still think God should bless those that follow through with these rules? Does that mean a part of u thinks it is better for a person to follow these rules? So you're simply denying something not based on logical reasons such as truth vs falsehood, but because theres 2 many rules? Did u ever consider it is not that there are too many rules, but that the life you live has too few rules?

  • @CosmoMakeupgurl You claim you did everything for God? Really? Do you honestly believe you did EVERYTHING for God? Neither you nor I did everything for God. We get so many priviledges and opportunities from Him, we have no problem accepting all of that. Yet when we need to do something, thats when we get upset and complain about how we did "everything". Ha! not even close. Plus, just because you arent the best Muslim doesnt mean God wont show you mercy. He knows we are imperfect

  • @CosmoMakeupgurl Islam is for people, who want to thank god for all his goodness and who believe, that there is a life after death, which they can influence in this life. the rituals is just the price you have to pay, in order to enjoy yout future life. if you consider, how short a human life is, perhaps you admit, it is worth to work for more. + if you practice and have the will, you automatically become a better person

  • MashAllah, this vid is soo good,

  • Ali you make Islam a lot easier. May Allah bring peace and blessings upon you and follow prophet muhammad and his holy household.

  • LOL yah i agree with the wedding hijab so true!!

  • I didn't like your act at first but you have a big point.. :)

  • LIKE if you wear the hijab and your PROUD AS PROUD!!!!

  • LMAO at 5:38..convertible hijab..yeah, know several sisters like that.

  • I converted Nov. 2011, and I I wear mines due to personal choice, protection, and for the sake of Allah..And like what he said in 1:00, I always think about the nun vs hijabi comparison too..and how society usually judges a hijabi but not a nun.

  • Assalamu alaikum. Mashallah. I don't get tired of watching this video and sharing with new sisters. May Allah help our sisters to take the right decision. May Allah help Baba Ali to keep making educative videos like thi one.

  • hhhhh LOOOOOOOL soo funny and your so righ <3

  • "Who wears short shorts on the basketball courts? No one wants to see your short shorts. Its nasty!!" LOOL

  • u forgot the hijab where people wear the scarf but literally dip thier face in make up

  • there is hijab for men too. at minimum cover naval to knee. and lower your gaze and not look at women. how many muslim men do you spot that do gaze at women? that's not proper hijab. cover yourselves brothers and don't look at women (yes, even if a half-naked woman is standing in front of you, look down or the other way but not at the woman, there is no excuse).

  • funny and informative! LOL i loved it an also, the hijab where the whole neck is uncovered . girls, seriously. neck has to be covered! salams

  • I wear hijab like ninja its so good because men cant look at me 

    Im Muslim I'm proud

  • @MonaSweet20 why would we want to see you.

  • @MonaSweet20 lol, like a ninja, nice description XD

  • @MonaSweet20

i have the right to proud you

i love you in allah =)

  • Hhaha Your Funny Dudee .. :)

  • @rabih3377 - many women do find men's hair attractive. Why do you think on matrimonial websites men also fill out a hair color field for themselves? And there is a huge market in the U.S. for men's hair coloring, anti-balding serum, hair implants, etc.

  • I look at the kindness :(

  • this is the best way to infrom people your dawah power is amazing - j.k brother! i often make careless mistakes with my clothing and your reminders are inspiring!

  • So why don't men wear hijab? Do women just view them as objects? Are men not judged for personality, intelligence etc? Serious question, any chance of a serious answer?

  • @TheDan2118 men in the gulf wear something like a hijab (eqal) and men in the middle east wear a (koofiya) so its like a hijab! other men wear a (turban ) so men usually cover their hair! eventhough men's hair isnt attractive to women (its opposite way) women's hair is attractive thats why we see a market of BILIONS of US$ for changing colours, make up, shampoo, saloons....etc......

  • BABA ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII - you should do a video on patience inshAllah!

  • So you rather women/girls not cover their hair when in mosque or a religious reciting..?

  • @N0Jok3 No, he's saying that instead of wearing it only during those times, women should just wear it all the time

  • i wanna hear more ppl like him, perhaps a female even would be great!

  • Asalam wa alakom,

First there is no difference between a new muslim and a muslim when it comes to hijab some wear it correctly some don't. You talk about back biting but on your video you are actually doing it by talking about sisters who do this and that badly in a arrogent way. Inshallah I hope you reflect on this and change. Interesting how if a man talks in this way culture sadly accepts it but f a sister spoke in this way theywould tell her to stop being arrogent and back biting.

  • @greenbutterfly101 it's not back biting because he's mentioned no names and this is dawah.. also he's being funny not arrogant (there is a difference) lastly if a girl just became muslim last week and is still learning.. though uncovering her hair is bad excuses can be made..

    wa Allahualam

    asalamu alaikum

  • @oroge Asalam wa alakom,

]He is been arrogent. It is haram to be sarcastic. Lastly in Islam every single muslim develops into Islam. A new Muslim who is still abjusting Allah forgives them for not being fully committed read the book of Fik and you will see how wrong you are.

  • @greenbutterfly101 you just contradicted yourself love... and sarcasm etc CAN be used given the right circumstances the same way aggression and insults can and have been used by the rasoul(saw) and the sahaba ..if anything this guy has been very mild on the topic compared to things that are actually said about women who do not dress properly or trim eyebrows and wear perfume... you don't know him to judge if he is arrogant, and he isn't backbiting as he said nobodys name.

    wa'alaikum salaam

  • @oroge Subhanallah It seems you are a troll now from the way you talk calling me "love" and twisting my statment then going on and on. The bottom line is I am right with what I have said but however sadly you can't see it you just see it as being "funny". Inshallah one day you'll open your eye up and mind and see things more clearly inshallah. God know why you list what hijab is clearly you have no idea who you are talking to. Trolls are growing in numbers and I can recognise them from a mile.

  • @oroge also... thanks for asuming i haven't read the fik :o)... thats very humble of you

  • @oroge Asalam wa alakom means Peace be upon you so in case you’re not a troll talk in that way. Lastly The Prophet Mohammed Peace Be Upon Him told people about Islam in a great, gentle way. Sheikhs convey Islam in a normal good way also. Why? Because this is the way Allah wishes Islam to be conveyed not like this boy who talks with arrogance sarcasm and makes fun of people. It is shameful. Would any of the Prophets(Peace Be Upon Them) talk like this to a crowd? NO WAY.

  • @greenbutterfly101 so now I'm a troll eh?? brilliant.

the sahaba did use humour from time to time and as he hasn't directy mocked anyone he has done nothing wrong.. the sahaba even referred to some people as fools and many ahadeeth liken an ill drssed woman or a woman who wears perfume or sports shaven eyebrows to a prostitute.. and this is sahih.. yet I'm sure if he did this you'd complain of harshness

  • I started wearing the headscarf recently, and mashAllah, I have been wearing it for a little over 1 year. I am proud of that, because I am doing it for Allah.

I am a "bang hijabi" sometimes... like for desi parties, I'd probably wear it a little loose, which i shouldn't, but around 'American' men, I keep covered fully.

I know it's not right, but I'm still adjusting and hope to change.

And what this man said, didn't bug me, opposed to if my sister taunted me about the scarf. His style helped!

  • short shorts..lolol

  • Comment removed

  • hahaha u r amazing ,,, mickey mouse hijab :D

i totally agree with every single thing u say

    barak allaho lak

  • Masha Allah, I like the way you present the matter.. People will really get it into their heads.. Well, atleast those who really fear Allah would.. I just hope everyone of my sisters would watch this and practice is it the right way.. May Allah Reward you brother for taking such a bold step...

  • haha this is funny. but why aren't the tug-o-war hijab? sure it attracts attention the the head cs it looks huge but still

  • @RustLionofDesert Rape is a way men use sex to express power over and contempt for women, not about how a woman dresses. All the cloth in the world won't protect a woman from someone who thinks he's entitled to sex with her despite her objections. In the Bible, one of Jacob's daughters, Dinah and one of King David's daughters, Tamar were raped, despite dressing modestly.

Dressing modestly only protects against advances from men who respect modesty. Rapists have no such respect.

  • Nuns wear special religious clothing called habits because they are clergy, not just pious. It was basically a throwback to 13th century European women's attire.

Otherwise, there is a Christian paradox regarding modesty as a religious practice. Jesus preached that overt religious observance for the sake of being witnessed by others is displeasing to God as pride. So the trick would be to be modest, but not look like you're doing it out of piety.

And yes, I know that sounds confusing.

  • DATS not HIJAB :)) love ali

  • @RustLionofDesert lol hahaha now ur just takin the mick outa me arent ya... listen yeah m not dat stupid!! how the hell can u pray while sittin?? :s

  • @RustLionofDesert well i cant read the zohar 1 coz m out dat time

  • @RustLionofDesert lol yeh right... u cant just go hell for not wearin the hijab and i dont wear short skirts!!! i try to pray 4 times a day and i read the quran aswell ur no one to judge me!! i always wear makeup and stylish clothes and itz not a major sin... sooo yeah

  • It's my believe that Modesty its the key word. With or without hijab.

In a non-islamic society and for western converts for example, a muslim woman can wear her 'invisible' hijab just through a modest demure and tastful dress sense.

The wearing of the physical hijab its woman's choice and most importantly - it's for God and not men.

Saalam brother Baba Ali and please keep the good work (Mash'Allah)

  • little anoying! and not funny at all!

  • Why his face so close to the screen? Don't no bony wanna look at him like that

  • LOL, i love this video

  • ur so funny...but you prove a point...SubhanAllah brother...

  • i am now starting to wear the hijab alhamdilAllah but i recently just graduated high school and did not used to wear it then. im just very dissapointed of my yearly pictures in the yearbooks, nothing bad just the portrait pics taken for id cards. will allah forgive me for them?

  • Masha Allah keep it up allah will for give u

  • @MAHROOFFNALEEM how do we know if allah is a forgiving God. Who did he forgive?

  • @Bublicious92 jl'aime trop mais domage jarrive pas trouver toute ces video avec les traduction pour ce qui on connaisse envoyez un lien par message merci a jai kiffé pour la dot quil a fait mdrrrr

  • @Bublicious92 Allah is the all forgiving, all merciful.

  • honestly m not bein big headed or anyfin buh m wayy beta than the gals who wear hijab atleast i dun snug guyz in public plz all the sisters i have seen quite alot of gals doin this holdin hand...non stop huggin on train stations, bus stops its so weird :( wts the point of wearin a hijab then ur just givin hijab bad name!!

  • Wonderful video ,Brother. How about one for the families of muslim re-verts to explain the reasons why we are still normal and not in a cult or anything. I wear hijab (only part time) because it upsets my family)

  • LMAO "they're not looking at ur kindness"

  • And the quote at the end from the Qur'an Surah Al-Ahzab 33:59 sounds like they were suggesting for women to veil and cover themselves to be respectable(I totally agree with that in ANY religion) as so not to be annoyed...not to be annoyed...sounds like it's not to be modest but to keep men off them because THEY cannot control THEIR lustful wants. Not that it is forbidden but because men can't control themselves...this is just one way this COULD be interpreted??? yes no yes no

  • As a non-Muslim (my sister is a converted Muslim) please answer to me why it is so important for every man to worry about a woman's modesty, showing skin, and showing hair. A man does not have to cover his head in public, can show skin below the knee and wear short sleeved shirts. Is this not an example of immodesty? Woman look at men with the same lust, we can tell if a man is good looking and we can covet just like a man. So why don't men feel the need to take that temptation away?

  • By the way..,.I am in no way trying to say anything about the Islamic beliefs...just would like to know as a non-Muslim with a sister has accepted the Nation of Islam into her heart. I want to know, I want to understand, without being attacked for asking...seems like I always am.

  • @ktykatbrat I'm Sunni ya Jackass not Nation of Islam

  • "... if you look like you just painted your clothes on ... " :D

  • haha (Y) super true

    thanks

  • man you have really pretty eyes!

  • soo true this is how some Hijabis r, Ops including me lollll

  • ha ha ha ha convertible hijab !!!

  • Who Cares!? There are so many bigger issues that muslims have to deal with in these times. We should be stressing bigger issues like education and economic development instead of "oh she's not wearing her hijab properly!". This is part of the reason why we have fallen behind in the world. We are much more concerned about how big a person's beard is, rather than letting god judge us. Muslims used to be such practical people, but now we just focus on petty issues. so sad

  • ITS TRU........................

  • @Imran92693 I agree with you tht there r many BIGGER issues to be thought about! but I disagree with you that Muslims should forget about reminding each other. It's not petty, it's about your akhi & akhawat are going to hell or not. No, caring about others is not the reason why we fall behind, it's backbiting and envy that makes us fall behind. What we hav to do is to care about these things AND also the big issues. it's not an option, both caring abt hijab AND bigger issues are our obligation.

  • @em68kay ok, sure that's fine. We should think about these things, however it should not be the FOCUS!.. that is the only point I am getting at here.

  • @Imran92693 Hijab is a major issue in islam, a lot of people are neglecting the SIMPLE issues in the religion, you might call it petty, but its actually alot more serious then "education and economic development" in sight of Allah SWT what will count more? the woman and the man who obvserved THEIR hijab (in its own respect) correctly, or the woman and the man with the highest degree? the most money?? May Allah SWT open our hearts and our minds to the Deen, to His religion. Ameen

  • @999lolgoaway Let me ask you then.. how did the muslims become a superpower in the world? How did we become leaders in military technology, math, science, astronomy, music, literature, etc.? Have you studied Islamic History? It is because of our lack of practicality, shear laziness, and internal conflict that we have now failed. Our focus should be on BIGGER things. Do you think Allah SWT gave us this world to just inhabit it and not explore, ask questions, etc? small mindedness has destroyed us

  • LOOOOL THE CONVERTABLE HIJAB IS THE FUNNIEST XD

  • lol@convertable and mickey mouse hijabs joka I couldn't stop laughing but is so true.

  • loool @ short shoorts

  • & loooool at 6:07 & 6:26 & 7:21

  • looool at 0:49 & 1:43

  • so true what you said about the ways women theses day wear hijab. Its just become a fashion ......and a joke.

  • @qazwsxoknOOMMGG

sometimes is better to be alone than hang out with those sort of friends they will lead u astray.be strong ,talk to them if they don't change just go your seperate way and hang out with good girls.may Allah protect u and all of us from the fitna and trials of this world.amiin.

  • what happened to your beard what happened if going to wear your beard wear it right

  • @shahid51177

exactly beard is fard 2.oh yeah what about the brothers with skinny jeans lol.not cool

  • well jazakallah for your advice however, prophet Muhammed SAW commanded the men to not shave their beard because they then are imitating the women and the 1st people to shave their beards was the people of Lot/Lut AS ( the nation of homosexuals) so the beard is fard FARD upon men

  • jazakamulla kair ur comment

  • wat about those sister that share a hijaab when there is a dua or a surah being recited.... 0.o???????

  • love it! hahaha

a funny way to teach all muslim ladies the proper way to wear hijab..

it is very true that most of the muslim ladies in any country do not know the importance of wearing hijab..

that is why they it wear it the way they like it!

tnx baba ali a nice reminder to all of us..:)

  • i liked the fact that u said that a muslim woman who wears a hijab is not superior over a muslim woman who doesnt. to be honest i found you quite annoying to start with and that feeling seems to be going away and now i cant seem to avoid watching one of your videos every once in a while lol.

  • Thanx

  • hahahah.....way to funny.... masha'ALLAH ...great job....and making us what is not a Hijab.

  • LOL=]

  • this guy is hilarious

  • omg this is amazing!

  • haha this video really made me laugh..it's so true! a lot of people try to do the superficial things for their culture/religion but they do not do it in their hearts. if you act in a way that is humble and true to your god then you will live a good life, right? same is true for christianity.

  • Who are you to judge? Who are you to judge?

Cover your face then, and bend over!!!!

  • walla your rite

    do you believe that xD

  • MASH' ALLAH great vid....inshaAllah sisters will learn

  • you should go around masajid in the us and give sisters lectures about hijab cuz 90 percent dont wear the proper way

  • I recently converted to Islam ( xtian 44yrs)and was introduced to ladies as we broke fast(2nd night of Rammadan ) and myself and the elderly were the only ladies wearing hijab propperly.Everyone else slung over shoulder , wore like a "hoodie" or draped 1 corner over and it blew off whenever anyone walked by .where all u ladies hiding? none wear hijab in public!how do I know where or if there are Muslim women if NONE wear or wear impropperly!EXCELLENT VIDEO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

  • I really like the way you deal with different issues. Real business delivered in a funny way. AMMAZING. And yeah: that is not Hijab

    جزاك الله خيرا

  • U said the same thing I said to my sis in my campus. This is the infiltration in hijab. Another more, Hijaab is not only covering ur whole body, but also the way u talk, act, walk and so on. Hijaab is covering the whole "you". A good muslimah will do as what Allah said in surah al ahzaab, surah an nur, about hijaab. And brother, I love ur video and everytime u mention "its not hijab" i cant stop laughing. May Allah reward u fiid dunya wal akhirah. Ameen

  • If you're halfway dressed, a guy is not looking at your Kindness LOL - 1:40 -

  • tweety tweety

    so silllllllllllllllllly

  • SOOO GREAT i wish u do videos like this about praying and fasting

    i'm Muslim and i'm proud

  • nuns are relgious professionals, like priests, imams, mullahs, not secular people, and that's where this is all about.

I don't care if women are wearing hijab or not, but why people like Mahrooff and you are always using false arguments when you want to carry your point!

  • Don't compare wearing a hijab with the virgin Mary, because - if she ever lived - she lived 2000 years ago, in a different society. And yes women were oppressed at that time. So what you argue, doesn't make any sense!

  • what about the nuns do you deny that men will respect them more and treat them respectfully?!

  • Really?! You're going to make that argument?!! You're saying that Christians painted the virgin Mary wearing a head scarf because they think she was oppressed......YOU"RE POINT IS RIDICULOUS!

  • No, I did not say that, I said - or anyway I meant - that 2000 years ago women were much more oppressed than nowadays in western society. My real point is that you should see things in the right perspective, and that you can't compare a hijab in 2009 with one of 2000 years ago.

  • But my point is, no one knows what virgin Mary looked like, and Christians made paintings with her in a head scarf because they believed that's what a good modest woman like her would do, not because they believe all women were oppressed 2000 years ago. Get my point? I believe a woman should not be oppressed into wearing hijab, nor oppressed into taking it off. It is her choice, and it does not affect anybody but herself.

  • Concerning your second remark: than we totally agree!

Concerning your first remark: how do you know? I am an art historian and I never read from sources that artists painted Mary with a head scarf for that reason. According to the accepted iconography her blue coat and veil symbolise heaven and not modesty. With the veils of nuns it is different: they represent chastity, one of the three monastic vows. But my real point is that if you want to defend the hijab in 2009 you shouldn't use Mary

  • But doesn't religion applies, no matter the time period?

If you change parts of a religion based on present cultural preferences then that completely defeats the whole purpose of a religion entirely.

And the virgin Mary didn't wear what she wore as a sign of oppression, but rather as a sign of modesty.

  • We don't know what she wore, We even don't know if she ever existed. Like all other people from early times their image, as we know them today, was created by artists during the middle ages and espacially during the renaissance. artists gave her an image that

  • Thats not a beard "Whats up with that!!!!!"

  • the thing is he tells u it straight up and in such a good way soo true :) respect to all hijabiis!! :)

    peace

    asalam alaikum :)

  • wa alaikum as salaam

    peace out

  • i like this vid so much

    thank u

    jazal Allah kheeeeeeeeeeeeeer

  • in this country it is a choice, but how about in countries where it is NOT a choice?

  • Thanx dude.. Yeah hijad has been challenging thing for most girls espcailly who live in foreign society where hijab is like: What is THAT??!!

Allah protect all the girls and save our countries from all sins.

  • You said it! thanks!!! Insharlar, the sisters will listen.

  • Thanx

  • loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

    Mickey mouse hijab LOOOOOOOOOOL

  • OMG i actually love this guy

  • Oh God..ur soFUnnY..

but watever u said is defnly TRUE.. specially the wedding one..that ws hilarious! my brothers have the same Opinions, lol.. Subhanallah@ the great sense of humour Allahs gifted to men! lol

  • well actually woman is seen for her "values" as you put it "honesty, kindness, etc" even if she is NOT covered from head to toe.

Islam also ask men for lowing their gaze so Islam never put a responsibility on one side but ib both sides

  • You are intitled to your view but you cannot say that only because a sister is not modestly dressed she is out there to be Raped!!! how do you know that these sisters may soon change their ways and learn to cover up? imagine it's ur sister and she is not covered, does that give any man the right to rape her??? I do not believe it's "Normal Behaviour" the complete opposite Abnormal!!!!!

  • as a hijabi i dont agree with that statement either. a rapist is a rapist whether woman is covered or not. but the point is .. it is our right and our choice to wear hijab... we dont want to be freed from oppression lol coz we r not oppressed.. we need to be left for our freedom of choice which usa is so big ... lol but i c that people only want people to be free for things they like

  • no a fuckwit is u.. lol iam hijabi and i dont want u looking at my "valuables". I dont owe u something or u are not deserving to look at me . I get to choose who sees my body and my heart.. of course u would never get the point of it. because u think less is more.. sorry as u put it fuck wit.. which seems u have no vocab intellect because fuck wit is not a word. but maybe u should stop looking at woman and get a education

  • Mash'Allah nice video i also likes the Surah at the end!!

  • Thanx 4 ur comment

  • loooooooooooool

wallah dis guy alwayzz makes me laff jokaa
