That requires a subpoena of the cell company's records and unfortunately the authorities are slow with this info. They have the subpoena to trace the tower.

to all others, thank you in advance for posting this video on as many social networks as possible in hopes that my friends sister is found safe and unharmed. The police and tv stations have been of little help in this case. They don't treat it seriously unless it is a murder case..she is still classified as a runaway to them.

have they tried locating her phone first? Like checking the location of the cell phone. I hope they find her and that she is ok.

That requires a subpoena of the cell company's records and unfortunately the authorities are slow with this info. They have the subpoena to trace the tower.
