Improv takes a natural since of humor and a willingness to be comfortable with yourself. Improv classes only exist to teach you techniques and help budding actors come out of their shell. Like msoul88 said, it's all relies on what you think is funny and what you say. Without the structure of lines and ques, you are required to make your own moves at your own pace.
