I get paranoid that the subliminal tape would say the wrong things, sometimes I worry that they might say something like Drink Coca Cola or somethink.
I'm hopeless at being mindful myself. I've come to believe I'm a bit self-defeating, at least subconsciously, since I'm so bad at controlling my own thoughts and feelings. It's like my mind won't let me. :(
