You know, I wan't to work out but I have a problem with my elbow. I smashed my elbow a few years ago and its never been the same. It feels sensitive sometimes. The doctors seem to think workouts are OK but it doesn't feel right. Is this another threshold I have to go through? Bicepts would be OK, but for triceps, the elbow would feel really wobbly. how you want to gain muscle when you doing 50 push ups and pull ups ?
to gain muscle you need to do bitween 2-8
