  • You know, I wan't to work out but I have a problem with my elbow. I smashed my elbow a few years ago and its never been the same. It feels sensitive sometimes. The doctors seem to think workouts are OK but it doesn't feel right. Is this another threshold I have to go through? Bicepts would be OK, but for triceps, the elbow would feel really wobbly. What do you think? Blessings FLETCHER
