  • You aint no sukx unless you can do this P:

  • ncie stuff, is the rotating human flag much easier, i would guess so because of the centrifugal force pulling your body out. nice poster aswell.

  • @artakisthebest It's not much easier but maybe a little, I think I would have to be spinning faster to have a big help of the centrifugal force. One thing though is that this pole a very nice grip for the upper hand so that is probably making it easier but it's still not a big difference from what i do on another pole.

  • how did you work to achieve the human flag? :) pretty much amazing stuff, all the video is!

  • I didn't think the french made rap.

  • ur cool man. beautiful technique u have. most have taken years of practice and dedication.

im in my early stages of 1 arm handstand. can only hold it for 2-3 seconds. my 2 handed handstand is good and i can hold it for 30 sec approx.

u have any tips regarding the one hander?

  • beautiful handstands man, i can only hold mine for a couple seconds max but you make this look easy.

  • christ, everybody I see who can one-hand always has such good flexibility. I hope my being extremely unflexible won't hurt my chances too badly.

How much time did you spend to do the split? And how regular did you train? (sorry bad english.. :s)

  • @Banzas I do splits and I train everyday. I take 1 or 2 day off training per week but splits should be trained everyday for a couple of minutes. I've been training the split harder for the past 1 year and a half.

  • @vinceconditioning Nice, since you started training splits, how much time did you trained to reach the full split?
