@GTRmonster Not sure if you're still interested, but I ran across the video and can expalin.
Those are automotive gauges, you can buy them at any car parts store or off E-Bay. They should be electronic Oil Temp and Oil Pressure. If this 500 is anything like my older GS400, there is a plug or two on the engine that connect to oil passages. Thread those out, and thread in the appropriate sensors (usually supplied with gauges) and wire everything up.

@12lewis12 I believe he added the fuel gauge and oil temp because these bikes don't have those.

Yeah, annoying thing about the GS. But i got used to mine :)
