Yea. Bottom line is; the more you shoot, the better you shoot. Doesn't matter what techniques are used, if you are functioning a weapon competently and frequently, you are gaining a strong base that can always be modified through further training.

I've been watching nutn for a while and there is nothing but good info and reviews! Most of the people who hate are just a bunch of "INTERNET COMMANDO'S" that have never even used there gear or don't even have the gear to talk.
After watching this video I read a couple of "hater comments" and then went to those peoples pages to do my own research on these self proclaimed "experts". You're totally right, nutn... @Humster Yep, but she is thinking a few more ounces and she can carry a 9mm, like he says in the video. I ran out space to say that. Bursa makes a 9mm also but they are a little harder to find. Going to see if we can get our hands on one to shoot so she can see how the recoil is. Otherwise we are going for the .380.

Just a thought to the folks bashing TNP...if you don't like it then quit watching. I am a shooter of over 10 years and 23 years old now. I have all the time and resources to do something similar to TNP yet I don't and as of now I haven't found anyone with reviews as sound as TNP. Thank you Nutnfancy and keep up the good work!!

After watching many of your videos, I have 2 suggestions:
1) in the AK47 vs. AR15 video - you mentioned NOTHING about the ar15 fwd assist - it IS part of the rifle and part of the operation and part of the training.
2) stop saying 'dude' so much.
Otherwise, keep up the great videos. You have an excellent perspective on life, props to TNP.

i am a newbie when it comes to guns,i got me a Taurus 1911 45acp at the beginning of this year,my ever first gun,have about idk 500-600 rounds through it and yes i hold it as it is comfortable for me,make a 5-6inch group on 30yards,i think i suck,but thats ok for now,i've seen many vids about guns and how to hold them etc,try to learn something,still i come back to nutnfancy simply because he leaves you room to do it your way,if it works for you fine go with it,so thanks nutnfancy for your vids
I like this video, because it is about the biggest problem on Youtube(and other forums): hecklers and elitists. Reviews are meant to show the ability of a product and there is a reason different reviewers have different opinions ~ they are different. It's that simple. Don't heckle, people. Instead, make your own video.
I would like 2 see more high end gun I like your work but slot of the guns are low end your 1911 is is a tarus thats cool but it is not representative of the 1911 community lots of us over 25 would like to see more of your focus aimed at the 4 guns you need and should pay for life long investment guns
I love your videos, i do, and i have been subscribed to you for some time, i feel you have built up a larger, loyal following, so why is it we keep coming back to these people that hate on your videos. The fact that you keep bringing it up, can only be provoking the issue. They are not going to stop, and those who have been watching you, know whats really going on here.
I don't really like the idea of grouping, if you have 30 rounds in a magazine, then you go on to get 27+ of those shots into a human target, what does it matter about grouping?
At a lot of ranges, you can barely see the target with iron sights, then people just want you to go and get a good grouping. It's all about seeing how many rounds land on the target from however many you had in the magazine.
they're are just jealous for the things that you do. the opportunity and the privilege that you do shooting and running gun, practicing or preparing for the worst. I actually envy you for all that you do. I hope i could do that too.

Living the city shooting at the range sucks. Don't get me wrong going to the range helps but going outdoors with no restrictions on rapid fire or postitions helps your skill level..I've been watching nutnfancy 4 a year now and he has a good on his shoulders. You love your knife system, and I get it, but when it comes to giving axes a "fair shake", the nutnfancy project has spurned axe users. I urge you to redo that video and reassess your stance on axes, but this time using what most guys in the bush would be using - a 1/2 or 3/4 Felling axe. For the sake of your integrity and your audience, please reassess axes as wilderness tools!

just wanna say I like your videos a lot. Don't listen to all the haters, not worth the time. As for bipods- there's a reason why the USMC is now issuing grippods on M4s and M16s. Some Marines have also shown me some interesting CQB stances where you put the stock over your shoulder and tilt sideways to get the barrel "shorter." Point is, even the USMC does stuff that people hate on. Keep kicking ass!
With regards to the grip on the pistol. Some of the best groups I have seen are done by the bullseye shooters with a one handed grip. However if you are talking about tactical shooting, it is not only the accuracy but the speed. The thumbs forward isosceles grip is accepted as the best way for quick followup shots. This is not "groupthink" it is an approach that has been validated through years of practical shooting competitions.

My own shooting skill modest as it is is on display here on youtube and I believe it validates everything that I have said about gripping the pistol. Finger on the trigger guard is an evolutionary dead end. Sorry if you disagree. But there are a lot of videos of shooters that are better than either Nutin or me and none of them have fingers on the trigger guard.

Your reputation is secure in my eyes. Having used some of your videos as reference for our own run-and-gun courses, my shooting buddies and I have definitely come to understand the inherent difficulties of performing well when the situation is far less 'ideal' than shooting from a bench. After watching many of your videos, I have 2 suggestions:
1) in the AK47 vs. AR15 video - you mentioned NOTHING about the ar15 fwd assist - it IS part of the rifle and part of the operation and part of the training.
2) stop saying 'dude' so much.
Otherwise, keep up the great videos. You have an excellent perspective on life, props to TNP.

I don't really like the idea of grouping, if you have 30 rounds in a magazine, then you go on to get 27+ of those shots into a human target, what does it matter about grouping?
At a lot of ranges, you can barely see the target with iron sights, then people just want you to go and get a good grouping. It's all about seeing how many rounds land on the target from however many you had in the magazine.

Living the city shooting at the range sucks. Don't get me wrong going to the range helps but going outdoors with no restrictions on rapid fire or postitions helps your skill level..I've been watching nutnfancy 4 a year now and he has a good on his shoulders. just wanna say I like your videos a lot. Don't listen to all the haters, not worth the time. As for bipods- there's a reason why the USMC is now issuing grippods on M4s and M16s. Some Marines have also shown me some interesting CQB stances where you put the stock over your shoulder and tilt sideways to get the barrel "shorter." Point is, even the USMC does stuff that people hate on. Keep kicking ass!

With regards to the grip on the pistol. Some of the best groups I have seen are done by the bullseye shooters with a one handed grip. However if you are talking about tactical shooting, it is not only the accuracy but the speed. The thumbs forward isosceles grip is accepted as the best way for quick followup shots. This is not "groupthink" it is an approach that has been validated through years of practical shooting competitions.

My own shooting skill modest as it is is on display here on youtube and I believe it validates everything that I have said about gripping the pistol. Finger on the trigger guard is an evolutionary dead end. Sorry if you disagree. But there are a lot of videos of shooters that are better than either Nutin or me and none of them have fingers on the trigger guard.

@nutnfancy @sshuravesky You do both realize that this is a pointless argument, right? One of my favorite quotes is, "An internet argument is like the special olympics. Even if you win, you're both still retarded." I think that sshuravesky has the right to put his opinion out there, and veri, you do have the right to respond in whatever way you see fit, but this little flame war is just gonna keep going unless one of you stop.
