I believe it is Russian, as there is a Russian musical production of Momma Mia, which I believe this was taken from.

ABBA was Swedish, but they themselves mostly sang in English, although I have some songs in my collection of them singing in Spanish, French, and German.

Yep, it seems Stage Entertainment is hellbent on producing their entire roster of shows in Moscow. Let's just hope "Elisabeth," "Sunset Boulevard" and "The Phantom of the Opera" are next, Russians could do wonders with operatic works such as those!
