@elDreDas you should scan them into PC and then draw them over. Or look into wacom (google it). This particular animation was drawn straight to PC with mouse, but now I use wacom for computer drawings.

Yeah it really matters, I'm an animator to. I'm experimenting with the way animals move. And this is a very good example. If the frame rate of this video was 24. And I do it with 16, the horse runs a lot slower.

Alright. Review time: let's begin.

The movement of your horse is superb, save for the head and mane; the head should move farther forward due to the intense powering of the shoulders. I can understand the mane, though, since you only had two days. I also love the movement of your hills in the background. To critique, your horse does not have enough shading (also a lack of time?) and it just doesn't blend with the background, perhaps due to the lack of a shadow. Very nice, though.

just a little tip. when a horse is running, It's neck extends a bit further than you showed in the animation when it's lead foot extends. otherwise you did an amazing job!

It goes like this. The horse animation is done in flash, but the backgrounds in photoshop. After that I imported all into aftereffects and blend them together. But to import photoshop stuff into flash is easy File->Import->Import to stage. The newer versions even support layers.
