Actually I read up on it. I thought she was a boy too until I thought about it for a while and then looked her up and found out that she was a girl. I didn't and still don't know that much about this street fighter game though.....I seriously want to play it though!

and for CPS-3, that's Capcom Play System 3, the board on which sf3 runs which has not been emulated yet. search for it on Wikipedia and you'll know what I mean, also search for CPS-1 and CPS-2

CPS-3 is the system the game uses to run, I believe. I'm not entirely sure and I'm too lazy to look it up on Wikipedia, but...

It's just the the hardware the game runs on. Here's an example that I find amazingly convenient:

CPS-3 -> Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike

CPS-2 -> Super Street Fighter II: Turbo

CPS-1 -> Street Fighter II: Champion Edition

Just look at the arcade versions of those games and you'll be able to tell the difference. Graphics, sound, etc.

MAME is an arcade emulator. o:

I f you're talking about makoto, she actually does have them. If you type in the gif of her stunned on yahoo, you'll see part of her gi come down on her shoulder and she has on a red strapless bra or tanktop!
