  • Classic. Remember it being in your collection here Robbo.

  • from first note to last, this album is pure genius, & nobody covered this song better than they did. many thanks to you rezident.

  • Cet album est un MASTERPIECE des 70's ...

  • because your mine

  • such an unknown band .....and sax

  • such an unknown band

  • Supertramp, ew I hate Supertramp, shitty Fucking radio shit.

  • Hallo, all friends of good music, anyone remember the Group Esperanto with their LP Last Tango??? Would love to her «The Rape» again.... So, if there is anybody out there.... to post it.....

  • Love this version of this song, equal to CCR's version if not better.

    Love the whole album.

''People go tell your neighbor's, scream in the streets Audiance is awesome and underrated'', lol. Don't do this of course, people & kids be throwing strange looks and talking amongst selfs, saying another loonie has broke out of the Asylum.

  • Sorry, WAY better than Supertramp. Listen to that flute!! Sublime. Oh, takes me back....

  • This band was so forward, same class as SuperTramp. If you have ever lisened to the whole recording, you will notice, it's all acoustic.

  • Thanks for this! I've got to think Audience was terribly mis-managed cuz this album's a classic.

  • always loved this album brings back great memories of the early 70s

  • Don't know which one of thier albums I love more are maybe it was the time they came out ,but you don't hear that kind of talent today.

  • One of the greatest albums of all time...

  • @ZiggyStardust11223- Totally agree- where are these great bands today???

  • @timlu814 Mostly all gone unfortunately I love almost every kind of music but i find music started dieing late 80s early 90s and now it's hard to find a great new song. I find new music has only one part of the song that's good one rythem then the rest is all fillers if you know what i mean. That's why I stick to the classic's..

  • Sometimes, a sax solo blows a guitar solo away.

  • This album was and still is sooooo fantastic

  • Possibly the most under rated band of the last century....I had a dream, Nancy, House on the hill, Jackdaw......

  • Ahhhhh, the best version!! I love it!

  • You are so toppermost

  • omg brings back great memories of bristol in 1972

  • excellant band gotta love the sax etc

  • I was 11 years old and staying in Motherwell, Scotland with my auntie, my older cousin had bought this album and played it for the whole summer.....love it....never thought i would hear it again. Jackdaw pops into my head often. and Nancy. What staying power music has. Thank you so much for posting.

  • @TheShmoo123 I too, lived in Cumbernauld and bought this album when it came out. Came to mind this week when talking to another old timer with his daughter. We were both trying to tell her what it was like when we were young. We rhymned off a load of bands. Audience were always one of my favorites (together with Wishbone Ash). Absolutely brilliant to hear this album again.

  • This Album rates in my top 10 ! So many memories flood when this plays......I luv luv LUV it !

  • definitely. the poppermost!

  • Audience are excellent... and this is a toppermost version of a great song.
