yes, real clean. Just remember I was using a $10 mic, and it doesn't pick up the true sound of this guitar. In person, it sounds unreal. And I am using the built in distortion on my amp.

@ottawadrummer thats funny, considering the fact that tho tom did use a fender strat in shows he recorded with a gibson since the start....all recordings were done with gibson....the 335 and the older with his les paul

@AfterMidnightStars despite the fact that they both have the exact same pick up :P I own the gibson and the epiphone and one of the strats. the gib and the epi sound the same, the gibson is just a little bit on the heavy side. But in my personal opinion the strat sounds way better that both the gib and the epi

dude no offense, but the epiphone is actually better...their both the EXACT same guitar, but the epiphone has a different headstock, and is actually better cus its cheaper in price. they both have all the exact same styles, so yeah...

I wish I had a good microphone, so the sound of this guitar could really be heard. It sounds fantastic.

@dmon715 good guitar wont make you a good player lol but the pickup in the epiphone is the same AMERICAN one, and tbh just cos its diff country dont make it a bad guitar, i own 3 gibsons , 2 epiphones and many ESP's and ill tell you the gibsons are not the best lol

I custom ordered it from The Gibson Custom shop. $2,300 plus 15% sales tax in Ontario.

Came out to something like $2,650.

Hey man just wondering but I've noticed that the Delonge Gibson's from 2003-2005 are more of a chocolate brown (like in the always video) and these new ones have the Epiphones sage green color.. Is it as dark as it looks because I have seen an 2003 model in person and it was shiny Milk Chocolate colored and this one looks dark and very matte?
