I'll provide a link to the "Sonic in MMD" group on DA in the description. With any luck, someone will make a Cream model that's up for public download in the future. When there is, it will most likely end up featured in that group.

Sorry I can't do more to help. I don't know of any other Cream MMD models up for download at this time. :(
