I think she's great. People make negative comments because she's quirky & doesn't play it safe. It makes a nice change. Having the X-factor doesn't just mean having perfect pitch or loads of vocal octaves. It's also about character. She wears her heart on her sleeve & changes her look. So did Bowie & Maddona. Style & Substance? Katie has both.
