No I didn't enjoy Seed, I thought I was a 5/10 for me. It was defiantly the worst in the series. However, they still could make a part 6 instead of a remake (Which wouldn't work with the whole doll craze not being as popular in 2011 as it was back in 1988). However they could still ditch the whole comedy crap and make it scary again and reveal what the hell happed to Andy after his fate was determined at the end of Child's Play 3.

Imagine if Halloween Resurrection came out right after the Rob Zombie's version or if Freddy Vs. Jason came out after The Nightmare and Friday remakes imagine how messed up the chronology of the original series would be!

@03bgood I don't think it would be THAT confusing. With remakes, it's usually common knowledge that the remake canonically replaces the original. I would like to see Andy in the series one last time before they start over, but the story's gotten pretty fucked over, and plus, Chucky's the protagonist now, it would be kinda weird to have him go back into a somewhat minor role again now that he has a friggin family. I think it would be best to just start over.

@Staremonemesis It's just too bad they couldn't have least killed off Andy at the end of Bride like they were originally intended to in the original draft. I guess Justin Whalin didn't want to reprise his role as Andy because of how bad Child's Play 3 did. Oh well, he was pretty good in Susie Q though.

I liked this movie fine. But I have to say, going with comedy WASN'T the best choice. I mean, this movie was funny and Chucky is just BA, but I really liked it better when he was the creepy doll chasing Andy around. He looked a lot better with no stiches (sorry its WAY creepier if he doesn't.) and when he stared at u with that smiling expression that just about gave you nightmares. That Chucky is what i miss. This movie was HILARIOUS but i still think i like Childs play 1-3 (especially 1 and 2)

This July (July 2011) Childs play (the remake of the first one.) will be coming out. It was supposed to be October of this year (October 2010) but it was rescheduled until July. No further date in July has been released. Brad Douriff will still be playing the voice of Chucky and it is by the same director. I am excited to see how it will turn out. It's very exciting and i can't wait to see it!!

He'd be an adult though, so he would have figured out how to stop chucky, just KICK as HARD AS YOU CAN. When he was 5 and like idk 7 I guess he was so tiny, and chucky was more than half his size pretty much. In the third Childs Play, Andy was like 17 or something in the military school, so he could defend himself better. If they made a 6th one, with Andy's sudden re-appearence...I don't think he would have died, even with Tiffany and there sons help.
