  • for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.. Love the vid & song..

  • I have a copy of the anthem and i am sure Wesley did not write what I am hearing on here lol. Interesting though how u managed modulate up and down in the verses and even add extra notes that are not there ! I am assuming it's your arrangement of it your using or someone else's !

  • how i would like to visit that church if only I could....beautiful

  • You might at least mention that the anthem was written by the great Anglican composer, S.S. Wesley. It rellay didn't need Mr, Bock to fool about with it.

  • 1970's era building, not finished until 2009??

  • Someone has re-written the music! also the words too!

  • I have also sang it in a choir, but not quite as slowly. It is wonderful song to sing.

  • It doesn't matter what the church looks like. All that counts is that everyone will gather and worship God. :)

  • @TheRyuutora10 Good comment. Watch "The Bishop's Wife" sometime. Your comment will have an "Amen" added to it!!

  • what a funny cathedral. One would say our lady of abundant parking spaces. but then i ar a european, i should be more open to the newer cultures and their ways of interpreting religious buildings.

  • @phlarrdboi Not sure about your reference to our lady of abundant parking spaces or why one would even say that. The cathedral has none, per se. It does have a subterranean garage that is not visible from the cathedral nor from the plaza. As to being a European, the cathedral was designed by a Spaniard, Dr. Rafael Moneo, and the tapestries and vestments are from Belgium. The altar is Turkish marble, carved in Italy. I give you it is a "different" cathedral. It looks like the box it came in.

  • Yes great choir, not that fond of the arrangement with all its modulations. But as to the cathedral, TERRIFIC, yes, very modern, but excellant.

  • Where is the Cathedral???

  • @jesseholtjr 555 West Temple Street

    Los Angeles, CA 90012-2707

    (213) 680-5200
