im not gay and sure if it is right or wrong but there is no excuse for treating those who are gay any differently than anyone else. everyong deserves to be respected. i personally had a friend who was gay and comitted suicide shortly before his 14 birthday because ppl in his school didnt accept him and it drove him to the point where he didnt want to live anymore. its extremely sad that ppl cant just be themselves because the of ignorant ppl around them

There is a couple of strong points..I agree that Racism against homosexuality should be stopped but that Obviously won't happen. Just like racism in other areas. Homosexuality has evolved to being a choice as well as being born that way. The black community is religeous which no one mentioned and God syas that it is wrong but LOVE the person just the same ..we take it to far and want to kill which is wrong and we don't love them as we should..but not agree with the action.

I have no problem with people that are gay, my problem are the men that don't tell you that they also like to be with other men. I don't know about other people but I like to make my own choices on who i want to be with Give me the choice of whether I want to be with you given your sexual preference,don't choose my destiny for me.

Strictly Roots is where i get my dreads done :o) But on a serious note, it's unacceptable that we as the black community can't accept our own people. Im from Kenya & homosexuality is illegal! This is not right and must change. We need unity.
