Hyperventilating before breath holding is a bad idea. That kills breath hold divers you know, because they pass out and subsequently drown. So unless you would like nerdfighteria to pass out I would not suggest doing that.

This is because your breathing-in reflex is triggered by the amount of CO2 in your blodd. Since you lowered this amount, you can hold your breath longer.
However, you still have the same amount of O2 in your body. Can yo usee the problem here? This reflex exists for a good reason: It tells us where the "safe mark" is. After that, you may get problems, such as falling unconscious because your brain doesnt get enough oxygen
Did you know that hyperventilating quickly could lead to your death?
It does help you suppress the reflex, however it is a bad idea ^^ Also, hyperventlilating DOES NOT HYPEROXYGENATE YOUR BLOOD. It already is saturated under normal circumstances (okay, 98%). The ONLY THING it does is to lower your level of CO2 in the blodd, since you breath it out quicker.

I think a professional Didgeridoo player would be the best at doing a Supernote, considering they can breathe in their nose and breathe out of their mouth at the same time. Which is pretty awesome.

This is because your breathing-in reflex is triggered by the amount of CO2 in your blodd. Since you lowered this amount, you can hold your breath longer.
However, you still have the same amount of O2 in your body. Can yo usee the problem here? This reflex exists for a good reason: It tells us where the "safe mark" is. After that, you may get problems, such as falling unconscious because your brain doesnt get enough oxygen

Did you know that hyperventilating quickly could lead to your death?
It does help you suppress the reflex, however it is a bad idea ^^ Also, hyperventlilating DOES NOT HYPEROXYGENATE YOUR BLOOD. It already is saturated under normal circumstances (okay, 98%). The ONLY THING it does is to lower your level of CO2 in the blodd, since you breath it out quicker.

Can't do supernote because my mic doesn't recognize a noise after it's been on hold for about fifteen seconds (trust me, I've tried changing pitches and everything) :(
