I'm a novice traceur myself, and i was wondering what i would do to workout my ankles if they can't withstand the impact of a narrow landing, like on a rail for instance, my my ankles will give away to the impact and bend, causing me to mess up my precision and half the time hurt myself.
Standing precision, I can do 9'6 easy now so I'd guess maybe 10'.
And to the younger guys below, I'd suggest turning up on a Saturday at 1pm. Not sure if there'd be anything we can teach you, but you can definitely learn from watching.
so can we turn up at hobart college every saturday at 1pm???im a grade six wid a few friends who do parkour, we went there on sunday the 3rd of may. would love to come
Damn. Some of those precisions are really nice. Although the camera makes a lot of them look small :( You can never appreciate something good without seeing it in person... unless it's 3run.
how big are your sidewalks?! my team will have a tutorial up soon (link found on my page in description section)so subscribe it should help you a bit :)
