Hi! Have you considered intellectus diet (just google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.
I am dealing with this issue myself. I think a lot of this has to do with low dopamine levels. eating, drugs, porn, and sex all raise dopamine levels which make us feel good.
And when you're done, if the "oh but I'm so hungry"'s, or the "but it sounds so delicious"'s come probing into your head, snap yourself out it again and walk away. Completely remove yourself from whatever triggers your cravings, and completely remove yourself from the danger zone around the kitchen.
Remind yourself why you don't want to eat, choose something on the list, and go do it. Get your mind away from food(i also disagree with him about thinking about what you eat), imagine yourself at you ideal weight on your dream vacation, birthday party, or summer day, think of what food you want to eat and decide for that moment that it is the most disgusting thing ever, run up an down the stairs a couple times until you can hardly breathe, do whatever it takes to snap you out your cravings. increase your fat intake. primarily omega 3's and other fats such as nuts. Your diet is not stable in energy and this is why you get junk cravings. Lifting wegihts will help insulin sensativity.

i use to weight 260 pounds i started walking 30 min a day then up to an hour a day then i begin joging for 10 minutes then when up to 15 minutes jogging then 20 minutes joging and kep doing it everyday i went up 30 minutes jogging now i can run an hour fast at a 7 mile per hour speed i lost over 60 pounds in a year but also when i did my workout i drunk atleast a galloon of water and only ate wheats and fibers and chicken,tuna,and vegetables and fruits i was only 13 when i did this:)

This video has some good information. It would be **MUCH** better if you speed things up a little, don't say "umm" so much, and don't bob your head back and forth while you slowly speak. I'm not trying to be critical, just trying to offer some suggestions to help you. People will be much more inclined to watch if you organize what you are going to say and say it much quicker (spit it out!). We don't have a lot of time to listen to "ummm... you.... need..... to....." etc.

if you eat too much of one food, you could be allergic to it. Allergies to food make feel really bad.
