I really fell hard for this man after watching this over and over i watch it at least 2x a week He looked so dayum fine with the buzz cut and the serious looks all eyes perfect acting.anyone in drama 101 should be watching this he catches every nuance, when he found out about the abuse,he looked like he wanted to hurt somebody but he kept his composure that won my heart,not to mention the flyy leather jacket and short haircut I love his S&P I would have been all over that.The swagger was real

this movie actually introduced me to gerard butler and it is a movie that i treasure deeply...he has such perfection with the facial expressions. his face when he found out why his "son" was deaf made me want to throttle the  boy's dad. I became a gigantic fan of gerard when i watched this movie.

Just saw this movie tonight and I love the fact its not a typcial "Hollywood" script or production. Gerard Butler was great in it, as were all the other actors. Its a shame he's gotten so "big budget" and big salary to the point he'll probably never to a cool little gem like this again.

Gosh, I love this movie. I watched it for the first time tonight, and I'm still crying. It's just an amazing movie, from the beginning to the end. I will spread the word as much as I can and encourage my friends to buy it.

Isn't Gerard Butler cute when he says "You did"? I don't know why, I love the way he says that. He's great in this movie. In all his movies, I love how much he can say without a lot of words, only with his eyes and facial expressions. I love him.

OK, 1st, I love this movie & cry every time I watch it. The 3 things that stick w/ me "We're All Connected", the look in his eyes when she says "Frankie wasn't born deaf...." & THE KISS, THE KISS, THE KISS. I wanted to yello "DO IT!!!" That has to be the most anticipated kiss I've ever seen.

Yes! The two highlights of the whole film are (1) the look that The Stranger gives when Frankie's mom says "it was a gift from his daddy"; and (2) the thrity seconds before the kiss. That may be the best kiss ever recorded on fim.

The part where she tells him about Frankie losing his hearing because of his dad is so touching. Gerry Butler's expression apparently threw her off and she couldn't look at him because she was ready to cry. If you look, he does look like he's about to start crying - definite tears in his eyes. Gosh, we all love men who can cry, even if it makes us cry. I at first was attracted to this man cause of his eyes and expressions, but man he has great lips!
