@MeTaLtUrK1 He does the First 2 Layers by a method called "First 2 Layers (F2L)". You solve the first 2 layers simultaniously instead of first the corners and then the edges. It involves sertain algorithms you have to know. I recommend you to watch MeMiselfAndPi's tutorial video for beginners F2L. And just practice ALOT!!

I could solve a cube in 2 min a few months ago too... Now my fastest is 27.54 and I never do over a min.. Just practice! I hope it helps! Good luck! ;)
