this level is the hardest. no doubt. i have been stuck on this forever. i keep getting stuck at the part where you see those two turtles that throw hammers the second time then you have to jump and wait for the plant to leave the pipe. the first time you get past them is easy, the second time you meet them is the hardest. even if i get past that they will just come back again!

1. It's really easy to jump "through" an enemy as the hitboxes are messed up.

This level isnt too hard ifi u no wht ur doing. On the first group of hammer guys, defeat the first one right away and then hit the guy. In one of the bricks is a mushroom. Do the same for the next group of hammer guys, and in one of the boxes is a fire flower. After u get the fire flower this level is a peace of cake.

But your score would have been counted for 57 seconds. I would avoid the fireworks if I did a speedrun of the whole entire game. I can breeze though the rest of the whole game easy but world 8-3 is a bitch. I stand directly infront of the Hammer Bros body to avoid the hammers & pass until he jumps but I always get hit by his body!. I can see now that you can jump (once you gain your speed back) to jump over the hammers.

To me, the hardest level is 8-2 by far. 8-3 is really easy and I passed it on the 3rd try. 8-4 is very easy too. 8-2 the hardest, then 8-1.
