my uncle has a old ford (the only ford in the family) like that i think it might even have the same motor. and its got a 4 speed and he did up the tranny so in 1st u get more power with less RPMs (it takes a while to get used to definitely not the trunk u want to learn to drive stick in because it stalls if u dont do it just right) . then he put a plow on it and thing will push as much snow as you put in front of it. its also fun to blow through snowy fields with it.
a lot of people don't think about it much nowadays, but you can take a guy who knows how to get an automatic vehicle unstuck out of the snow or mud, then put him in a manual shift, and he'll set there and dig himself a big o hole, lol!
