You can add a very long peg to your pinky finger. So when you press down on the peg with your pinky, it will press down on the left trigger. Just tape it on.
Its great you were able to keep your thumb!, listening to this video i would suggest making a post on craiglist in your area, explaining this controller mod you need. you should get a response from someone sooner or later who is able to do this trigger placement. it can be done using fiberglass to mold a little pod to it. totally doable. i suggest posting a link to this video in your ad
I would think adding a micro switch would not be that hard. due to missing 4 fingers I just don't play games. I would love a PS3, but it's out of my price range anyway, so because I now suck at games I rarely think about getting into them. I can still play, just not near as good as I used to. and frankly I think it would have been a great idea for OT after I lost them. now.... it's a nice to have thing I cannot afford, and it's ok I guess.. I would get stomped by 10 year olds.. lol
