i had a beagle. such a character, had to give him away :( still think about him everyday he was the cutest. he used to do the same after a bath :) and when his cage sheets were dirty hed drag them outside and sit in the sun! such a smarty

lol we take my dog a bath outside because she likes begin outside and whenever time she is not taking a bath she goes to the sink when i am next to it gets inside the sink and sits and waits for me to give her water there or take her a bath while bath one time she got out of the sink and wetted everything shes a beagle

lol my beagle does that kinda he makes a nest with his blankets and towels they have to be in the right way. And after his bath he has to drie himself off I.E. He runs around the second floor roling on the floor under my bed in my bed all over. Check my videos of my beagle

omg!!! my dog likes to play with his blanket/towel too! only whenever he rlly wants to get someones attention he tries to fold it a little and fit the whole thing in his mouth so that the towel doesnt drag on the floor and then he starts walking around the house making whimpering noises to get someones attention i feel so bad bc he obviously just wants someone to play with him and it sounds so cute and looks cute when he does this <3

5ghostboy get a girl and normal beagle color girls r less mean im not saying all beagle boys r mean but mine he can get a little mean. but on the other hand my girl she has never bit anyone. only when she was a pup but thats when she was teething. But not all females r nice. This is just a idea 4 what beagle u should get.

@5ghostboy A girl, I'd say. They are probably a little more motherly to kids (if you have any) and are sweet. I have 3 beagles and they are girls, and they never bite. :P

@5ghostboy Small ones. Beagles are small and excessively food-driven, so they are very prone to obesity. On the other hand, giving small treats for incentive is the best way to train a beagle. So get lots of treats, get good quality ones, and make sure they're very small so that you're not loading up your beagle's diet with excess calories. Better yet, use pieces of kibble instead of treats. For our beagle, I generally get bags from the "tiny treats" section of sitstay.com.
