In North Africa and East Africa tends to have more Light skinned Africans, and those Africans are not dipicted as the sterotypical African. Like if you look at Ethiopia for example. In the North of Ethiopia you have your light skinned people.

Towards the South you have the more darker in complextion. Now in most situations people tend to like people from their region.
