Hermano dos cosas: Lo unico que distinguia a The Cars era Ric Ocasek, y eso por que se casó con Paulina Porizkova. Mira, mejor busca a John Fogerty en los mejores guitarristas de rock - segun Rolling Stone - esta en el lugar 40. Elliot Easton o John Tristao...sorry, no figuran. de CCR - tienes a dos miembros originales, mero acompañamiento para el sonido CCR que impuso Fogerty. Lo lamento, a Fogerty si lo he visto en vivo...a estos payasos...jamás !

TODAS compuestas por Fogerty. El era CCR, el era el sonido CCR. Si Easton es tan "capo" como John, ´pasame 2 rolas que haya escrito y sean exitos, Ah, y dime porque anda tocando con CC Revisited y Blondie si es el una leyenda !!!

Yo cuando CCR vino a Mexico me toco la oportunidad de hablar con mi bajista favorito hablo del gran Stu Cook , se supone que como que nada mas era un minutito pasar con el , como k le cai bien y hasta me regalo su tali , aun lo guardo de recuerdo , si hubiera tenido mi bajo en ese momento me lo hubiera frimado que mal

@stratomatius @johnluchomono el mas carismatico es el Baterista... en esos mismos años "98-99, tocaron por primera vez en Chile en el Teatro Caupolican y estube el teatro esa vez y de ahi hicieron el contacto para que estubieran en el Festival 99... fué genial!! el vocalista original es menos carismatico.... Revival es mas entrete y mas sencillo... en cambio cuando toca el vocalista original solito con su banda es fomeque.. no tiene tanto carisma.. acá es entrete!!!! prefiero este grupo

@aladinoaladino Es verdad, ellos tienen la base rítmica característica de Creedence, pero John Fogerty tiene el gran talento...En fin, es cosa de gustos. En lo personal no me gusta como canta John Tristao, he escuchado bandas tributo, y hay vocalistas mucho mejores (Renne Innemee ex-The Walkers...escúchalo y verás). En cuanto a Cook y Clifford, efectívamente Cosmo es muy carismático (mucho sentido del humor) y Cook es amable. El resto no figura mucho. Al unico que no conocí es a Elliot Easton.

Great guitar solo... not difficult but grat musicality.

Doug Clifford (drums) and Stu Cook (bass) are original members of CCR.

this band lets each member do their stuff...add their energy. Fogerty just hires guys who play rote. Nothin' inspiring from his band. This band rocks. And the guy has the voice...but not so much for the balads as does JF. Still,. i'd rather see this band live fersure.

No Tenia mas de 10 años cuando estubieron en Chile,con los Acordes Iniciales de Susie Q llore de la emocion,eran (y son) uno de mis maximos idolos (los originales) y verlos en ese entonces fue lo maximo,con ellos conoci lo que era un buen solo de guitarra,en fin,en estos años era glorioso ser invitado al festival,ahora hasta Daddy Yankee ha sido invitado en dos ocaciones...

@stratomatius toda la razón...en ese entonces ese festival aun era relevante internacionalmente, hoy,es una chacra farandulera y comercial.Para el 98,yo tenía 15,y admito que al escuchar el acorde de Mi de Born on The Bayou no llegué a tanto como el llanto...pero se me erizaron todos los pelos del cuerpo. Realmente Cook y Clifford le dan esa rítmica característica a CCR,pero sin John Fogerty...en fin.

I agree with you but Tristao not true that Fogerty sings better than because you have to download half tone or a tone to reach the song and yet you have trouble, however Fogerty has an incredible tone even at 64 years, but I am agree that without Stu, Cosmo and Tom, do not forget, John Fogerty is not the sound of CCR Revisited solo or has the sound without John and Tom (RIP)

The sound of Creedence never be the same even get together the 3 would require the great Tom

You're Half right...The Drummer and the Bass Player are the Original players in the Original Creedence Clearwater Revival band. The remaining two are "FNGs". Fogerty also uses "FNGs" as well.

This band OWNS THE SOUND OF CCR! Fogerty is old and boring and his band can't come close to sounding anything like the original Creedence. This singer has more energy and makes it sound more like the original CCR than Fogerty can today. WIthout Stu & Doug "Cosmo" Clifford, Fogerty will NEVER have the original CCR sound. That is why ALL of them own the rights to ALL the songs of CCR. I wish I could get a copy on DVD of this concert. Thanks for posting it windsoured!
