i loved him in the ER. he was the best. he was my favorite character. i cried so much watching it. i am still crying. :( and when he was bleeding, and a tear went down his cheek, i broke down. i will love him, as Dr. Pratt forever. x

I think the " Dying scenes" on ER are the saddest. When characters leave it's bittersweet but when characters die off it gets those eyes misty, or if your alone you do bawl. :(

this episode was incredibly heartbreaking. Definitely a touching episode where you see how all of these people are a family. How they all rally together when disaster strikes. very poignant episode especially his final 'walk' down the hospital hallway for the last time. The look of absolute fear on his face when he realized what the growing bulge on his neck meant. And Everyone stopped what they were doing and just stood there in shock while watching him being pushed to the elevator, especially Frank who looked like he was going to lose it and also at Ike's. Also that he was going to be the Chief. The way that he died was very appropriate to the end of the series.
