To me, Windows 8 Arm is useless at least without basic Windows 8 desktop functionality. It doesnt have to run every program known to man but it at least must have the same Windows file system and functions we have come to know and love. Removing desktop mode for Arm Windows would kill it IMO, and not provide enough of a difference from a device like iPad for customers.
