  • Geithner, "We owe them [Americans] an open and honest debate..."

Geithner wouldn't know open and honest if it bit him in the ass.

  • Hang him along with the rest of his friends

  • ROCK IT Kaptur !!!

  • Geithner is clearly a reptilian, and we're fucking doomed.

  • Geithner gave to Leader of the Republic of georgia Mafia who overthrew the democratically elected leader of Repulbic of georgia 95 MILLION dollars of US tax money and he went out and bought a picasso painting for that money, The money was for redevelopement of georgia after the War with Russia. Geithner should be in Jail

  • Enjoy your upcoming retirement Marcy. Hope it was W$0RTH it for you.

  • Enjoy your upcoming retirement Marcy. Hope it was W$RTH it for you.

  • he wont be smiling after he goes to jail, and becomes bubba's girlfriend.

  • Geitner and his ilk would be helpful by getting their fingers out of the pie. And we people must understand that the government programs are not our friend.

  • Wow. What a difference a year makes. He's not smiling so much anymore is he?

  • ah Geithner...a total and utter cunt. Hope he dies horribly.

  • Paulson, Bernake, Greenspan, may they all burn in hell, and catch aids from the male runners they are all sleeping with. Capitalism is Communism. This is a Democratic Country not a Capitalistic country who exploits the poor and middle class to make the top 1% more money, and more money, and more money. They are stealing your money America, wake the fuck up!!!

  • @jlfryar1 This country is a constitutional republic not a democracy. Democracy is mob rule. Capitalism is not an enemy. We do not have capitalism here. We have contrived, over-regulated gov run economy. It is more fascist than anything. That is plain. True capitalism is self regulating and works fine but has never allowed to be in this country.

  • @hatchls1 Funny - the countries with the most unregulated economies are found in the Third World. You're mostly confused, but you're right about one thing: we don't have capitalism here. We have state capitalism: when private interests run the government, using the people's money to subsidize their ventures, and to create markets for them (i.e. war). Private profit, public debt, remember? If we actually had a functioning democracy and an informed public, this arrangement wouldn't last for long.

  • @WeHaveWords I am not confused about anything and you restated my points. Why the slander. Don't compare the third world to first world industry. Many of the countries you speak of do not have the resources we do and would generally fail in this developed globalist economy anyhow. There is much more to economic success than just the economy and its methods. "remember ?" why the sarcasm I agree totally with the notion of private profit public debt. That is the result of fascism.

  • @hatchls1 If there are hundreds of thousands of people being kicked out of their homes and being forced to live on the street or in tents or in the back of trucks then that is not a 1st world country. This country is a 3rd world country veiled by technology and the success of the rich becoming richer while the poor have nothing but the clothes on their backs! Can you not see something is wrong in this country when a manager from Taco Bell is getting paid more than an airline pilot.

  • @TheRevolutionaryKind Au contrare, Geithner is a gigolo and pimp for the wealthy. Just remember, you came from between the legs of a strong 'cunt'... that would be your mother.

  • It's not a Bush/Obama who's to blame issue, it's a bankster vs. America. I hope Marcy Kaptur gets on the right side of this fight. "When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes... Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain."

    - Napoleon Bonaparte, 1815

  • very insightful point.

  • @prescottbill ,, if the hand that Gives is "above" the hand that takes,, Than WHY aren't WE the People,, Who Give and Give and Give to these douche bags,,,realizing the WE HAVE THE POWER?? and STOP "Giving", Fueling the Incompetence??

  • @catwatters4 50% of Americans pay income tax, 50% pay nothing or receive welfare from the state. The (privately owned) Federal Reserve is now the largest holder of Treasury debt thanks to QE2. Now Bernanke is talking about another round of money printing to keep interest rates at zero and fund the US Treasury. If the FED doesn't buy the debt, who will? Foreign holdings of the US debt have gone down by 40% in the past two years. The banksters like Bernanke control the United States.

  • @prescottbill ,, They need to Stop Spending,, Can't keep enabling,, Thanks
