We were actually there last year when there was a similar storm not quite as feropcious as this one but severe enough, quite q few cars got follded out that day when they were parked on the harbour wall, I went out just long enough to get some really great pictures, and then immediately shot back in the Ship Inn for a warming glass of Mulled Wine Tasted even better that day!
Revenge of Billy the Kid movie 1982 The Onedin Line 72-80 Poldark 75-77 The Empty House Film 1995 Bawcocks Eve Film 1999 Blue Juice (Surfing Movie) 1999 Didnt French and Saunders have some sort of comedy drama there? Might be wrong but was Doc Martin filmed there? Mousehole seems to pop up a lot in dramas, its almost like I know the place without having ever been there. Seems to be a beautiful place...not much work I'm sure, but you cant have it all ways. best wishes pete

If any of you have kids and fancy a good, well illustrated read, the "Mousehole Cat" is great. Enjoy!

Hi Sea M.
There was also a programme about the Christmas Lights and the Starry Gazey Pie Festival shown here recently.
And of course, I remember the original news coverage of the Penlee Life Boat Disaster and also the more recent documentary.
Have you heard Seth Lakeman's song called The Solomon Browne?
Search "Seth Lakeman Folk" and you'll get it on you tube.
A great tribute the greatest possible act of human courage and bravery.
