It does work, I used colgate extra whitening power. O had to do it two times. Doing this doesn't actually take off all of the all the scratches, and if it dies GREAT! It really just helps it be read better.

This actually work for me. What i did is NOT use water to get off the scratches. I just simply Wiped it off when it was dry. Water will just wash off the toothpaste that covered the scratch.

Umm it won't clean mile-deep scratches lol, just ones from the case, dropping the disc, ect. NOT from pencils and shit!

it works, the disc will still look scratched but they will be tiny scratches that the player can still read through, if you have a disc with a big scratch that follows the tracks then you might be screwed but this works it just takes patience.
