It's hard to appreciate this out of context as it's part of series of ads that all have the same punchline: "Your day isn't quite the same without VG" (VG being the newspaper). The guy isn't really saying anything meaningful - ka du trur is "so, what do you think?" - but rather is trying to hint at the other guy he'd like to get the paper when he is done with it. Trying a second time he says "is it my turn soon?". Then the blowing is revealed and we laugh that it's still the paper he desires.
