Hi, I'd just like to ask, why do we need to apply the eye liner gel and then the eye liner on top?

Also do you cut the false lashes in half or two thirds? Do you start applying from the center of your eyelid?

coz liquid liners tend to miss the lil cracks between the lashes, if we apply gel liner with a brush we can fill in those cracks =)

yea i trim them down to fit the lash line and i apply them from the center of lid~u are right=)
