@tennesseevolfan111 Wow thats sooooo fresh ,ive never heard that new joke that only you could have come up with, talk shit when the lady vols arent your most praised team you homo.
i was at this game but on the loosing side. i do respect michigan state a lot for coming back though. great game, just wish it could have ended a different way haha
I was there And it was louder then ive ever heard it and ive been to so many games ther it was a magical bowl clinches come from behind night.GO GREEN!
couple things... i think the openness of the stadium pays tribute to how beautiful our campus is. you can see the tops of the trees and the library... however i would not be opposed to putting up bleachers in the south endzone if the demand was there... making it into a horse shoe of sorts
IMO, the Land Grant Trophy's rushjob look with the pop warner trophy, the nittany lion statue, and the tower from MSU's campus does represent this "rivalry" well, rushed and forced.
We have season tickets so our seats are always in the endzone near the away section. The Pennis State fans we're cheering and shit with there pussy lion and MSU came back to rape Joe Paternos ass.
As a Penn State fan, this game was tough to watch. A 24-7 laugher quickly turned into a 35-31 come from behind win. I was worried that after that game Penn State would have to go to the Toilet Bowl, 8 wins or not.
You know, with more games like this, it could become a rivalry instead of "just another game". This game is a continuation of what started in 1997 and 1998 (you blew us out, we blew you out).
Can't wait to get revenge in 2008 in Beaver Stadium.
Technically it is, but it's just a RINO (rivalry in name only) for now, even though MSU and PSU have a history dating back to before the Big 10. It's about as much of a rivalry as Penn State-Minnesota is. If you consider it a rivalry, that's fine, but I see it as a possible budding rivalry, with last year's game as the true spark. If you know your history, the Land Grant was a rushjob to give PSU a rivalry right after they joined. It was designed by a former MSU coach, and looks like a rushjob.
I was on the other side :] This kept my dad and I laughing because it would just get louder and louder every time. Also, I agree, it was a very very very cold game.

Ya but the addition to the stadium the did recently was not bad as well, but i dont think they would be able to afford new big parts.

2020 they are looking to put a press box on the east side of the stadium. should be pretty bad ass
