Not really. Phishers use fake info when they buy/pay for a domain they wanna use to steal personal information. They use stolen credit card data and the victim's first and last name.
@NS0201 In this case, they are demonstrating how to find out where this fraudulent website was. Security researchers and anti spammers report fraudulent websites. It is recommended NOT to even visit the fraudulent websites unless you know how to protect yourself.
@Spyro22475 no, that approach worked in 2005 or so, but the phishers are much more sophisticated. Do not answer emails from banks, PayPal, etc that are asking for login information. These organizations should never send users such emails.
