i dont know why everyone needs to listen to this more then once to love it. i got goosebumps the first time i heard the guitar then the duo-voice.

Let me begin by saying I love snow patrol. The other day I was listening to this song and a conversation about conspiracy led me to consider whether this was one of them listening to the lyrics with this in mind.It seemed to suggest the demise of a current power with the title "fallen empires" and the chanting of we are the light, we are the light!" (light meaning illuminati) plays into this. Please don't take this the wrong way its just an observation/ revelation which really freaked me out.

I don't know why but this song reminds me of Sherlock Holmes from the BBC's TV show Sherlock. Also, this is an extremely catchy song! Well done Snow Patrol!

The song is a constant build up to nothing, it seems to be lacking a real kick, like many of the others songs on the new album, no real stand out songs like past albums!!

It's still SP, they've always been quite experimental, if you consider that each of their albums bring something new to their repotoire...it's still stunning, even if we grew used to Gary in A Hundred Million Suns as this poetic romantic...and he's not changed here. The lyrics are still deep, the way they've presented it is just a little different to what we're used to. Embrace it, it's beautiful, and still very much them at th end of the day.

Hmmm, thanks for the upload, much appreciated, but as for the track, it's mixed reviews from me. I found the song "Called Out Into The Dark" bearable, but this... I just don't know. It doesn't even sounds like Snow Patrol. I will always love this band, and they will always be one of my top 3 favourite bands as long as I live, but this track just isn't very good.
