  • it's from Asheville, North Carolina

from wikipedia: After playing with Coe for years, Warren Haynes and Mickey Hayes left Coe and relocated to Nashville, where they shared an apartment and worked together to form the band "Rich Hippies"... (read more on wiki)

  • How awesome! Does this pre-date Warren's days with David Allen Coe? Where did they play? Memphis? thanks for the post

  • Love this good raw sound soulful, Warren Haynes is just great.Mickey Hayes Ive known for years is a real talent and knows talent. He suggested, that our band should hit the road but egos got in the way.Hats off to you guys. Thx. for posting this.J.C.& D.N.

  • Warren IS the Blues of this generation....Oh my, this is cool.....

  • I know, there is some distortion from the original tape. I have a copy of this show and this version is far from how the disc I have sounds. I think I have an extra or two if anyone wants to upload a more true version. Warren's voice is off in this copy. Not criticizing, just saying.

  • @Angelemerald hey i am interested in uploading this how can we do that?

  • thanks what a jam good ol warren

  • awesome!
