Now, if you play video games, you should play the PC games, a lot of psychological horror in 1st game. BTW, the legend is not real, it was invented for their screenwriters, main 3 actors didn't know it wasn't real too, people interviewed here was interviewed as real persons and they didn't know those ones were other actors telling the legend.

The "actors" really were wondering through the woods for 8 days during filming, and each day they were designated to meet up with the producers, and each day were given less and less food and supplies to make them more angry, and on edge.

NOT to mention the "crew" sneaking into their camps at night and ROYALLY fucking with them, so they couldn't sleep. AND hiring real character actors to play the role of the interviews.

Don't get me wrong, I love found footage movies (if done correctly), but nothing will ever top "The Blair Witch Project". It was one of the very first films of its kind, it pulled off the trick extremely well back in its time, and still from this day I think it is the scariest movie I've seen, along with "The Exorcist". They could make "The Devil Inside part 365" for all I care, but you can't duplicate greatness.

It is not based on anything. AND, this movie wasn't scary at all. There was no pop-out scenes AT ALL and it never showed the witch AT ALL, too. It was a cool story plot but honestly it shouldn't even be considered a scary movie.

It's a unique movie, but if you check out Burkittsville on Google Earth, you will find the idea of anybody getting lost in those 'woods' slightly unrealistic. It's never more than a 10 minute walk to the nearest road.

I should also say that I'm a huge fan of Stanley Kubrick and David Lynch -- I appreciate the importance of the cinematography, screenplay and, of course, acting.
