Among the people of Europe the Italians and the Spanish are the most loved ones and they are the most Arogant.
The reasons why Afghans dislike and have this feeling towards Iranians is because:
1. Iran brutally killed and is killing Afghan refuges. (They shot them and then walk on their wounds, they threw them from roofs of buildings and they executed them for no apparent reason and without letting the Afghan government know about it.)
2. Iran interferes directly and indirectly in Afghan's personal and private affairs such as SECURITY and REBUILDING.
3. Iran tries to influence Afghans in ways such as changing the Dari language to Iranian Farsi.
It is not about arrogance because honestly Afghans are far more arrogant. It is all about this arrogance and pride of being Afghan that Afghans don't like anything and anyone that tries to interfere with their personal matters. That's one of the reasons that there isn't any French words (mercy) in Afghan languages. We love our uniqueness and we've protected it and we will protect it.

There is a big difference between Iranian and English.
English is a universal language (that's why we are communicating in English). It is spoken in every corner of the world. Iranian accent is just in Iran. got the point?
