  • its a down grade instead of a upgrade lol maybe he couldnt afford the rest of the dummy?

  • Which would you recommend, The Original wooden dummy or the trapping arm dummy?

  • wing chun is sooo over hyped

  • Interesting training equipment..

  • i see all the applications of a wooden dummy for much cheaper! brilliant! but it looks like a...ahhh whatever it works so thats all that matters! :)

  • likes to play with sticks huh?

  • Wing chun is a defence and counter style so you must learn to block almost every attack and counter at openings like keeping a fist then opening to jab the enemy mostly around neck it hurts an is unexpected

  • other than hitting back, (and I'm not seeing this arm do that in the video) how is this any more beneficial than a traditional wooden dummy? It is pretty cool, but I fail to see what more it offers, except the price which is certainly a plus!

  • i would like one with 2 aarms

  • from someone who is actually trying to learn that looks pretty damn legit how did you make it? or where can I buy one people say work with a partner but where I am everyone either doesn't want to for lack of saying they are lazy, thinks I'm crazy, or prolly is afraid of getting hit so having a dummy would really be beneficial.

  • looks like a pretty usefull training tool to me!!

  • Me i think its cool if you want leg workout adapt ad to bottom with a bent bar,Good workout my friend.

  • doesnt the wooden dummy suffice?

  • @SuperPwnmaster Suffice for what?

Thats like saving why have a rainbow, doesnt the color red suffice?

  • wow i want that AHA

  • looks like a boner

  • @daskoodaskoo If yours looks anything like that, I suggest you see a doctor.

  • @martialarm Ha ha ha! Actually, I agreed with daskoodaskoo but I knew you'd say that! But seriously, this looks like the best solo training kit out there. Thanks for sharing.

  • @martialarm what a response!!!

  • @daskoodaskoo Dude, I have to tell you that your dick is broken, I´m sorry...

  • @daskoodaskoo haha same thoughts... boner of a dag...

  • I've used this before. It's a nice piece of equipment, but it is not a replacement for a real mook jong like they say on their website. For one thing it has no leg, so all your leg techniques are out the window. It also has only one arm as opposed to three. Your options are much more limited. It's also flat as opposed to cylindrical making it hard to strike from other angles. Also, the arm has too much give in it. The idea is to move around the mook jong, not move it out of the way.

  • a bet women loooove your place lol

  • You seem to really like the lap-dar; is there a specific reason, or do ya'll train bong-dar/???

  • needs two arms buddy ::)

  • fantastic

  • Wow, this is a very good thing to practice. Nice invention!!

  • thumbs up if you think its big and red!

  • THIS IS WHY modern martial arts aren't as good as traditional martial arts. in traditional wing chun, you have a wooden dummy with 4 or 6 arms, and 2 legs (i think). the wood is hard so your hands get used to blocking tough punches.

  • @cosminso1230 if you'll notice in the background behind me, I have a traditional wooden dummy as well, which I use on a regular basis. I love traditional martial arts, in addition to wing chun I'm also training in Uechi-Ryu Karate. However there is nothing wrong with modern advances in training equipment. This device offers the ability to parry an "arm" out of center line while the Muk Jong doesn't. It's good to mix up the training!

  • @Spyridon42 i see now, but does that thing have any resistance? because an arm wouldnt be that easily moved away.

  • @cosminso1230 Honestly, no it does not offer as much resistance as I would like. However it still gives me the "alive" feeling of flowing around an obstacle, which I appreciate. I don't know if the newer models offer more resistance. I just like to train, and this gives me a way to practice "closing the gap", various entering techniques etc... Keep training!

  • @Spyridon42 oh oki.

  • It is an interesting concept and useful, but a bit too costly for my mind. I think I can get by with a 1 armed wooden man. If the price was more reasonable like say 20$ then I'd be all about one of these things :)

  • interesting device. Do you have plans drawn up or anything so one can learn how to make it?

    Thanks!

  • looks like fun! I've been doing WC since '90. would love to try that!

  • yeeaaah two would be better i guess. its sooo more realistic! cause here you can only train with one arm but what happens if he strikes with the other arm?! should work on that! but good job so far!

  • ....and I thought Bruce Lee was dead!

  • Great device you have to improve technique, reaction/flow, speed, form, and "your number one friend... my friend too, but a challengers worst nightmare... awe yes... DISTANCE training! I was not sure as you transitioned into Bong Sau, if the elbow was no "up" above the shoulder and "out" past 90deg.awesome training! Anyhow... Keep up the discipline! -opponent Goes, I follow...

    -opponent comes, I hold...

-opponent detaches, I thrust forward...UNTIL THERE'S NOTHING LEFT!

    BAISISTUDENT

  • he is fucken good for a white guy. smooth movement.

  • Good for a white guy? White people have most of the championships right now and have had them for quite some time now in UFC PRIDE and boxing. its like 17 out of 21. However racial tension is great for marketing so lets focus on Rampage Rashad and Kimbo Slice (who just lost to the 3rd white guy to beat him.) How often do you hear about Klitchko? You wont til he gets beat by a black guy which may never happen. Peace not racist just proud of who and what I am.

  • hey just saying you are better than some of the asian dudes.

  • pretty clean wing chun there , id like to see more

  • HOLY SHIT

  • if you enjoy doing this you should learn how to fight, its really fun and useful. self defence is important, you should learn it

  • Wouldn't it be more appropriate to have two red arms on the device instead of one?

  • The company has recently released a second smaller arm meant to go beside this one. It simulates someone standing in a ready stance with a lead and rear hand. I've used this device for about a year now and it's very good for making sure your movements are correct. For example if you don't do the tan sao correctly, your hand will slip off. On a traditional wooden dummy, it's harder to be sure. However, I still train on my old wooden dummy. This is a good supplement, not a replacement.

  • @JONACAN most people dont throw both arms at once..

  • @growitEZ yea but one arm looks kinda... uh idk gay?

  • @JONACAN Normally fight anyone, especially while defending yourself from someone who just wants to pick a fight, they will attack with their dominant side. without training their bodies the other arm will act as a limp noodle until the punch hits its target or misses. Most martial arts train you to strike while this is happening; especially wing chun. deflecting and striking as one fluid motion is important, and thats what he shows. this comment is longer then i wanted it to be

  • @JONACAN people don't typically attack with both hands at once

  • I like the idea of this, but is there any resistance in there at all?

  • @Shindai why would there be ? ur arm wouldnt last long holding against a push

  • @Danrakich not necessarily a push, but it looks like there's nothing to the device. If it was against a punch there'd be something to move, know what I mean? Not saying it's useless, it just looks like there's nothing to give incentive to move correctly like a dummy.

  • @Shindai if you get a stiff one ::)

  • excellent

  • i follow these guys u dont

  • I thought the purpose of a WT dummy was to train against an opponent that is so strong and rigid that you cannot move him, and have to "flow" around him - thats not what is going on here, but maybe is not a dummy form.

    (no dummy jokes, dummies)

  • The purpose of the dummy was to train your position and angles. The rigidity of the wooden dummy means you are effectively forced to adopt correct positions otherwise things will be difficult and/ or painful. From this you are forced into good habits.

And no this isnt the dummy form, just some drills. The positions etc are pretty good i might add :)

  • you know, now you're aruging 50/50 deal;you might have training, but it ain't in wc, you made this clear; most especially with the chum kiu comments; this is a dead give-away.

  • sure how?

  • so it can be a high tan to low tan. all depending on the opponent. therefore in snt training all that is important is the force generation, so when you have a opponent, you can use that force against them, without that force, no matter where your tan sau is, it won't stop the opponent. hope this helps =)

  • Ill training with a martialarm...once again u are a chump...and have been exposed as a bitch. u made a challenge yet u're 16 year old uk ass won't show. that shows u are a bitch...but i'm not surprised...your myspace page has shown the truth. u are a child...and will alwayz be a child...u don't train...u don't do great but play halo. yes...i kno u play halo. Ill training with a martialarm. Ill training with a martialarm. Ill training with a martialarm. u have been exposed. hahahahaha.

  • The martial arm is the ultimate martial arts training device, bar none ! This training partner will definitely change the way all attack based martial arts develop. Incredible machine for those who train hard. T. Tabosa

  • gtma you are a sick man you are so obsessed with bruce lee at the end of video you show bruce lees grave and ignore the one nezt to him, you mother guy brandon lee sleeps next to him , his son ,,you mother guy he was more important than bruce lee to us, you son of a bitch bruce lee freak fuck ! get real !

  • in jeet kune do you have to be efficient in all the 4 ranges kicking, boxing, trapping and wing chun chi sau,and grappling to any opponent

  • you are so quick with the insults. show's your level of control.

  • age sure does take its toll on your body Ill training with a martialarm.

  • seems like he hasn't practiced the form for a while... hesitant and very uncoordinated.

  • The martial arm is the ultimate martial arts training device, bar none ! This training partner will definitely change the way all attack based martial arts develop. Incredible machine for those who train hard. T. Tabosa

  • exactly!! his works!!

  • does everybody on youtube move as if they learnt from a book? i'm sorry, but serious guidance is needed if you think that all this strength really matters.

  • The martial arm is the only martial arts training dummy that offers you complete realism in all your martial arts training. The martial arm moves and twists up, down, left and right just like a real opponent would.

  • actually i don't know everything. i would be glad to hear any intelligent counter-argument from you. but if full of great is the best you can say, you'll get laughs but don't expect me or anyone else to take you seriously. =)

  • good video. but i have to say, my sifu (who was one of his students) seems to have cleaner technique. as for all of you people slagging cheung, i would like to see someone who spends their time posting derogatory comments on the net instead of training beat him. he may not be the best fighter in the world, his wing chun might not be authentic, but you can learn a great deal from him.

  • How much does this thing cost? it seems like a XXL Tae Kwon Do Practise Machine I might buy one for my wing chun home training

  • this comment is directed to no one and everyone

  • the wooden kung fu dummy or martialarm or martialarm form may look strage to some of you that is because it is traditional wing chun not modified.bruce lee himself god rest his sole was taught modified and i think he did ok. i have done both systems and i prefer traditional

  • i talked to my sifu a wile back we started talking about the dummie form. he said every teacher has there own way of doing the form. the dummie has so many moves that can be used it's a training aid the form is just a way to train wing chun without a partner. my sifu said some of the movments were repetitive and were taken out. i do not trust any wing chun schools to tell or know the truth of this style but i feel yip mans branch has some problems and can't be fully trusted.

  • which one is the kung fu dummy or martialarm?

  • This device is really a good Karate Training Tool Im going to get one to train my kung fu at home

  • dang i wish i could figure this wierd wooden kung fu dummy or martialarm or martialarm out! i am in kenpo and i am a black belt in taekwondo (kenpo is better) but i still cant figure out how to get this thing to work!

  • i bet emin is waiting behind him!!! Ill training with a martialarm...

  • i'm no wing chung expert, i'm a shaolin kempo guy. there are however many similarities between the two. i won't take this as an example of wing chun. even his basics look very sloppy...

  • cheers dude

  • no records to support that at all, except for on cheung's website, but it doesnt even matter because the current record is held by rob ardito, one of jim fung's students in australia

  • yes but if you are going to use the term real life, then you need to acknowledge that, if he takes you down, no matter how much an apponent weighs biting a peice of his body off of him will get him off of you. that's the reality of it.

  • yea, and you forgot one thing, william cheung blows. he knows nothing and it is a miracle he survived emin. he does not know real wing chun, he can call it traditional or whatever the fuck else he wants, but he blows, and so do his modifications and therefore all of his subsequent students.

  • i must agree with davegarret about the forms i see i do think it's posible that yip man knew two systems of wing chun. i do have my douts about if he ever passed it on to cheung and i can not say that our system is the true traditional style. i have been trying to get more info on non yip man schools but it's not easy. people from groops like hung fa yi wing chun are not part of our yip man roots. i think it's going to be these lines that give us the most info on the true history of the art.

  • there are to many quality fighters in the world like dan inosanto, leo gaje, william cheung,ip chun, paul vunak, rick faye, rick young, larry hartsell you could go on all day arguing about it

  • Hey everyone I tried one of them and it works great! Hey everyone I got it from their website,, just search goolge for martialarm! it seems like a Karate Training Arm It will be good for jeet kune do and trapping hands

  • How much does this thing cost? it seems like a Kung Fu Training Machine Im going to get one to train my kung fu at home

  • also, to my shock, my sifu makes an appearance on youtube as.... um.... a rather passive attacker in a demo. Ill training with a martialarm

  • he might be old but that display was very poor. i don't see any master here and i hope people aren't paying to learn from him

  • how good is your chi sao in that time frame?i just did chi sao w/master redmond;what sensitivity;so many yrs does this..crosses over to ability to use force against you in your favor as u know.. i was fun to watch our guys in china chi sao with modified sys;they did an awesome job.everyone was cordial, but master mazza clocked one guy (master)pretty good..

  • there are to many quality fighters in the world like dan inosanto, leo gaje, william cheung,ip chun, paul vunak, rick faye, rick young, larry hartsell you could go on all day arguing about it

  • Where can I buy one? Do i just go to the martialarm website? it seems like a Wing Chun Home Training Machine It will be good for jeet kune do and trapping hands

  • bruce lee wasnt even healthy by birth , he had epilepsy ,one of his leg was short, he was a migget ,he had eyes he couldnt see a meter away, he was a drug addict and died of years of smokin hashis, ahen, cannabis and opium . he was a great !

  • interesting, claudio martinez won the no holds bar competition using the entrance technique... great distraction technique, fake, entrance, lap sao punch, lights out! he conducts conditiong classes and uses entrance technique as part of conditioning class and combines it with various attacks.

  • ya sound just like another typical mma meathead. yea, bruce lee did move away, and regretted it until the day he died because he realized that jeet kune do was not the ultimate system and that wc was better, these are his words not mine. all of his teaching and principles, including the quote you wrote are all based on what? wing chun teaching and principles!

  • instead of spreading gossip and political agenda why not ask people who were there ;-)chu shong tin will tell you different. chan chee man and siu yuk man will also (in fact you can read his thoughts in darrell jordan's voices of wing chun). moy yat spoke and wrote highly of ip ching and you can see this in his book legends of kung fu masters. ask fung hon (can) or wong kei man (hk) and they will tell you when the took private lessons from ip man

  • man! some people get so upset when something looks different then what they are a custome to. i've seen and done a couple of forms of wing chun. for what it's worth i need movement and mobility, not a stagnant or robotic stance. so if being able to move freely out of the way of danger and still delivering a decent attack is a excellent ...then there's a lot of good fighters that are excellents!!

  • i understand differently...i have understood that ip ching was probably favored more than ip chun as ip chun pursued other endeavors...plus i would say that, from what i've seen, ip ching certainly has the skills

  • sorry but that's just not true!the references i offered were in addition to personal conversations so you can't okee doke me with the old trust the anonymous guy routine. frankly i don't believe you've spoken with anyone behind closed doors. further your here saying this because you are knocking them, promoting an agenda and parroting bs you clearly havn't been told personally.this is old politic and agenda you don't like them fine, don't do their wc

  • its not a style!!! jeet kune do is a concept, you create it with whatever you want! its anything and everything you want it to be, but what every you add has to be practised intensly to perfection.

  • zach, all those training, and never competed in any tourney, idk. bruce was an actor since birth. he knew he had a hot role,so he trained himself to play the role, and that is a martial art actor. also, there were ppl accusing bruce had used steriods.could be true, cuz it was legal in la at that time.

  • After training in the various martial arts systems for over 22 years and thinking I had seen it all. I was extremely surprised to train with your martial arm product. It is truly excellent and proves once again simple ideas are the best. F.Barrasong

  • what the hell is this goose doing??? play your games, but stop calling it wing chun. it is not wing chun

  • obviously no clue what it's for. it covers distance, it can also close gaps, you have your guard hands and hip internal rotation covering your groin. go ahead, stay planted if you find yourself at a distance from a muay thai guy; this is one over numerous options you use based upon your skill to apply it; u don't use it when/where u can be picked off

  • well if u like to learn wing chun from him then i would love to chi soa with u. makes it easier for me.

  • so it can be a high tan to low tan. all depending on the opponent. therefore in snt training all that is important is the force generation, so when you have a opponent, you can use that force against them, without that force, no matter where your tan sau is, it won't stop the opponent. hope this helps =)

  • Ill training with a martialarm yea tell bruce lee that...and all the other real champion fighters on the planet at the moment who stand that way, your comments are amusing

  • nice vid. good, for the old guy.

  • hi undies

  • Hey everyone I tried one of them and it works great! Hey everyone I got it from their website,, just search goolge for martialarm! it seems like a Wing Chun Training Device It will be good for jeet kune do and trapping hands

  • jong:entrance/hip introt from proper distance/& guard hands - guards groin, left hand wraps around head to pull forward, reverse direction palm strike; after palm strike, clear time to move to blind side, etc. these are all techniques to train; u use them each not in a specific order, but only as u find necessary during a fight.

  • bruce lee was the best man in the world and the best martial artist i bet all these martial artist who trains the train to become like him and one of them is me!

  • thanks very much very useful footage and explanation it would be interesting to know how to make- build or where to get to buy wooden doomy

  • The martial arm is the ultimate martial arts training device, bar none ! This training partner will definitely change the way all attack based martial arts develop. Incredible machine for those who train hard. T. Tabosa

  • sexytime ur so smart u got me ,let me give u some story ok ? u know van damme ? hes a faggot from belgium just like you, he once asked me to fuck his ass , did u know that ? i confused his wife and he watched it ,i know ur not gonna believe but come to far east and ill show u if im lyin or not ! keep up ur 1 figer u ll need it for van varanberg hahahha!

  • i think the theory behind jkd jeet kune do is for everyone to look at themselves as well as the art and see what they can do and not what the art instructs, freedom to express yourself with your personal ability, that's why some think jkd jeet kune do doesn't really exist anymore it was bruce's person way and we canot do what he did therefore we have to do our own thing. that's another reason dan inosanto teaches concepts, to find what you can do from many styles.

  • How much does this thing cost? it seems like a XL Karate Practise Machine Im going to get one to train my kung fu at home

  • Ill training with a martialarm, if you were to ask them if this carlos lee was bullgreat then they wouldn't say he was 100% they'd say your full of great. man, if carlos had been in hongkong long enuff you'd probably be saying that he is just as great as jackie. and jackie chan didn't learn wc in two months it was couple years and he modified it was to show ppl he was a good fighter which in fact he wasn't at all.

  • yes but that doesnt mean a bruce lee freaking fan gtma had to ignore brandons grave and not to show father and sons grave together ,yes he would but before 1993 march cuz he was alone there, but now father and son sleeps side by side , u mean we go to pay homage to bruce lee and put flowers to his grave and ignore his sons ? they are now as 1

  • This device is really a good XXL Kung Fu Practise Machine Im going to get one to train my kung fu at home

  • as far as im concerened, william cheung the the best fighter in the world, and fighting doesnt always mean physical fight. he trained bruce lee. being a student of wing chun, i was tought that theres always someone tronger, smarter, and faster than you

  • This is the answer to the only problem I had in my martial arts training, 'How to effectively test a technique?'. I can now experiment using full power which I could never do before with my normal training partner. L. Baxter

  • no, these videos are meant as a support to people who are not w/in a reasonable distance to his schools. you are suppose to appear in person for personalized training to progress through the system. again, master mazza does not believe you will want to meet w/him to discuss wc at his school, however, if you'd like to, he's more than willing; he's a good guy who likes to share the knowlege.

  • look at the video of tsui seung tsin doing the wooden kung fu dummy or martialarm or martialarm (mook jong chong fa)fact yip man lived with si-gung tsui till his death. fact he never taught wc as you call him, which is obvious by the crap he trots out. billies motivation is money and he got yours no doubt. the excellent is on you.

  • The martial arm is the only martial arts training dummy that offers you complete realism in all your martial arts training. The martial arm moves and twists up, down, left and right just like a real opponent would.

  • zach, well fast striker..idk, most of his opponents were unknown. again, bruce never fought against a pro fighter,so to say he was a fast puncher..well,we may never know.btw, bruce had plenty of opportunities to fight in public which will make him super famous..but he didnt.

  • yes it would work, lbs doesn't matter in chi sao. chi sao isn't about fighting, it's a sensitivity training tool. thank before you type

  • zach, well fast striker..idk, most of his opponents were unknown. again, bruce never fought against a pro fighter,so to say he was a fast puncher..well,we may never know.btw, bruce had plenty of opportunities to fight in public which will make him super famous..but he didnt.

  • not right!bruce personally teach odinary man who after that come to 2 place in world.man who came 1 place was knock down by him 3 times and last time so heavily that bruce student eliminate in that fight and so he offically lose the fight which he win!world champion in boxing trained with bruce several years before he became famous.and lastlt bruce fighting record is enermous!more than 600 fights with different places and top fighters!

  • is there a purpose to the dropping of the hands after the tok-saus or is that just the way they demarcate sections of the form?

  • wtf is this crap? real life has evolved, get on with it

  • ip chun perfection.

  • gtma you are a sick man you are so obsessed with bruce lee at the end of video you show bruce lees grave and ignore the one nezt to him, you mother guy brandon lee sleeps next to him , his son ,,you mother guy he was more important than bruce lee to us, you son of a bitch bruce lee freak fuck ! get real !

  • he just shows us what gm ip man's techniques are. proper lineage is very important!!

  • hey fat ass u just confused yourself.i really know u dont know jkd jeet kune do,if u trained with dan he would tell u the truth.mma is sport, mma dosent even come one bit close to jkd jeet kune do.mma dosent even have a real philosphy jackass

  • after 25 years, i have always had the attitude to use what works. i do teach some of the techniques that are very similar to what is used in this demonstration. i competed in olympic style taekwondo in my teens and 20's as it was fun and got my master instructor's approval, but now my focus on self-defense. as for the nose rub, i use it myself to remind myself of hand positioning (always have a hand near your face), and i didn't learn it from bruce lee.

  • i practice jkd jeet kune do, and i say this is awesome. all the people dissing this need to get themselves a sense of humor, or kill themselves, whichever is more convenient.

  • no, in the background is michael tze. playing chi sao are dave carnell (jkd jeet kune do), danny connor and then martin brierley (sam kwok student)

  • he just shows us what gm ip man's techniques are. proper lineage is very important!!

  • show some resoect to the man and the family that brought wing chun to the west

  • it is wsl wing chun as passed down via nino bernardo

  • and the speed and skill, Ill training with a martialarm u guys are guys who are jealous, losersssssssssssssssss

  • zach,it doesnt make sense, a style of no style. i mean, dont you need to learn more than one style before you can create your own personal style. ie. every house needs a foundation. you need to build up somewhere, and understand it so you can either counterattack it or attack it. dude, you cant just pick up piece of each style, and call it jdk.

  • thnak you master goh, for showing your skills on the website. many of us in the states are aware of your books and we respect you as a great master.

  • he just shows us what gm ip man's techniques are. proper lineage is very important!!

  • he lost me after the fourth session. the subsequent moves were a little out of order and missing some. overall, not too bad but he needs to use yui ma doing the jug da in second session. a good reference book on myj is the myj sum fat by ip ching with ip man's own photos illustrating the exact seven sections. it is kind of expansive with limited prints but you can't go wrong with this book. may be one can check out the library. good luck!

  • thats what came over to me too @ mental test.seems the physical courage and mental concentration to face danger and serious physical injury was the real test.thats the truth behind the art of self defense i would think.

  • u little insecure cockstands outer, whats the matter he scare u, the black boogeyman;? i wonder how many niggers influenced your interests you amazing weak bitch, or how many confused your girl...Ill training with a martialarm. peace bitch.

  • i agree with narayanr, everyone's too stuck yip man

  • that's great, i only learned roughly the first 12 moves of the 106(?) in the set. i own a book that shows chuk kai doing all of the moves but unfortunately it's all in chinese. :(

  • he just shows us what gm ip man's techniques are. proper lineage is very important!!

  • who's them? because there are also weight categories in ufc, did you know? he wouldn't be so small in lightweight division. and let me tell you that every medic that checked bruce said that he was one of the strongest men in the world (in terms of muscle strenght), for his size. that's a fact man. so belive me, if we could revive him, he would have a chance against ufc guys. the mma training was invented by him, he was well-trained in judo and wrestling, so he was also a grappler.

  • zach, well..he wasnt really a great instructor, cuz if he were one, he woulda had champion students like mr.jhee. pls, dont say chuck, lewis,or stone, cuz they were champion before they met bruce.

  • i just checked the sherdog website and i thnkbruce would have been featherweight division. not sure if there's anyone i know in that. sean sherk is 5'6''155lbs so maybe he's too heavy. still the point is bruce wasn't a comp' fighter he's a street fighter, headbutts eye gouges etc. lenny mclean would have killed him though!

  • bruce has shown before those fighters what is real street fight without no rules!he was challanged so mony times to fight and he fight! he fight in real big guys tai boxers street fighters not secretly but openly!and knock down them all!that small man was never defeted in real fight!

  • he just shows us what gm ip man's techniques are. proper lineage is very important!!

  • zach, the rules applied to both fighters. look at bjj, there are moves that's illegal in the ring.also, about bruce's fast striker, again, it's all good comments from other fighters who never fought against bruce but their merely just words..wow martial arm training and martial arts supplies looks good!,he fought some no name fighter in the movie set,and son of the triad.btw, if i was a son of a triad, all i'd do is partying, and having a good time.

  • Hey everyone I tried one of them and it works great! Hey everyone I got it from their website,, just search goolge for martialarm! it seems like a Jeet Kune Do Training Equip. It will be good for jeet kune do and trapping hands

Ill training with a martialarm. u have been exposed. hahahahaha.

  • name one major mma fighter who said that. lee was a great man but a fighter he was not. not one fight can be documented of lee fighting in real combat or sport. only exhibition fights were they are show off jkd jeet kune do. there are no offical records or proof of lee ever fighting for real. oh, lee would be owned in pride.

  • for anyone who thought it was wrong that bruce lee did not get the starring role in kung fu, get real! bruce lee could barely speak english, and he was a horrible actor.

  • i think i have a similar goal as you, contiuous motion or flow. learning how to do this will help to make us be more like water.

  • another guy here who does not have a clue what he is talking about. tommy hits are hard as a good heavy weight boxer. these videos are not a true refection of how fast he is. he is giving a seminar here and he is in more of an instruction mode. i've seen him in seattle and he moves faster that what you see here, if you hold a focus mitt for him it feels like a 150 mile an hour fast ball.
