BE proud America !!! We have won the CG exploration of space. Our animation software is MUCH better than the Russian's and China's. There isn't any cartoon we can't make,
You know what's funny? This guy in the comments section keeps praising the Republicans and blaiming the Democrats for EVERYTHING! News flash: it was a democrat that challenged the country to go to the moon, and a republican eventually killed the Apollo program.
Wake up people, if we hadn't wasted all that money on illegal wars and bailouts, as well as those tax cuts for the wealthy, NASA could continue to develop all kinds of new technolgy to explore and still help us down here.
youre all fools.. republican or democrat, doesnt matter. how much money something so progressive costs, shouldnt matter. enlighten yourself and watch zeitgeist and the venus project pls
Windmills on cars w/ solar panels. Charge it every now and then. Get water/oxygen/hydrogen from the oxides on the moon, build colonies which operate solar and hydrogen powered equipment and grow things with the water and carbon dioxyde expelled by the men working there, the plants producing oxygen. Hey look.... The moon is self sufficient without help from earth unless one of the hydrogen engines explodes SWEET. Oh wait.... Earth is suffocating and on fire from pollution due to oil companies....
How can we "choose space" if we cut off the budget of NASA and give it to the broke banks and especially bankers? Au contraire, we should give NASA and repectively ESA a much bigger budget. We're so busy with our everyday life that we seem to forget that we are indeed living on a very fragile planet and that there is no second earth. Please thumbs upfor supporting NASA and ESA. Hopefully Herschel and Planck will come to the rescue of the year 2009, the year of astronomy.
