Hello there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got great Six pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.
It's like Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, both ripped in different ways. One endurance and one in power. This is obviously a endurance junkies dream and so of course Mike's naturally not going to be as quick as Dan, purely because of his build.

is this harder then the p90x plyometrics? probably not considering that one last for 40 minutes/ but i guess this can be done to like 500 reps for the same effect

This looks like half of a regular rowing workout...or the ending core set. For highschool students. I've done this and more 6 days a week for a year and a half, no abs yet.
this is a tough workout. really really tough but very rewarding as well. great work guys. dont slack off and increase the time on the workout. increase how many reps you can do per workout and keep building on that because you increase the time. my friend who i started out with was too lazy and instead of increasing his reps he just stay at the same level of intensity and just increased the overall time. hes getting nowhere. i on the other hand am increasing reps and can see better results.
Hey Mike. i agree so much on what you teach. im on my second day practicing this work outs. and like you said after the first day you will feel the results. i deed i do . im am sore fro all over my body , i can barely walk. my chest core back legs shoulders. feel tight. and im not cut at all., this m100s. is a thing that i will do now instead of carsio , wow thaks a lot.
@ahrims221 muscle is inefficient when doing cardio, the best cardio guys never have much muscle on them, that's why bicyclists and marathon runners are little girlymen

@ahrims221 It all depends on what you want. The better you are at cardio, the more your muscle mass will suffer, and the more muscle mass you have, the more your cardio will suffer. Fact: the guys with the most muscle mass in the entire world are sumo wrestlers. What kind of cardio condition do you think they have? Fact: the guys with the best cadio in the world are professional cyclists. Look at their tiny bodies.So, do you want to be a cheetah, elephant, or somewhere in between?
@ahrims221 Its because the other guy has more slow twitch muscles, meaning that he would have better cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance -This is why he has smaller muscles and leaner (slow twitch body type)
On the other hand, Mike may have more of a fast twitch muscles, meaning that it's very powerful, and can do explosive movements in short space of time, but tires out quicker. -This is why Mike looks more bulkier, and muscular (fast twitch muscles are big)
@ahrims221 If you see, when Dan (the other guy) is doing the push-ups, his legs are further apart which (at least from my experience) are a bit easier than what Mike is doing (legs closer together). Or it could simply be that Mike copes with the heat better...

well i have a question... is it good to do train muscles on monday wednesday and friday and do cardio on tuesday and thursday? i have muscles and abs etc. but i think if i lose more fat it would look even better will those 2 cardio days between my usual training help me reach the goal? if yes... which cardio exercises are best?
@harryboy06 no the whole point to maximize the afterburn effect is to keep it high intensity. Doing 120 pushups one time shot is way different from doing it cumulatively throughout the day

I have a question for you guy's, I am a guy in his early 40's and over the lst year I have been working out, and getting huge benefits associated with a good diet and good exercise. During my teens I did a lot of dancing, its only now that I am working out that I have noticed. my problem is to do with my shoulders. @pedobearishot this will lose more fat then jogging for an hour. If you jog for an hour you will burn like x amount calories, then after awhile you will have to jog for MORE hours to burn the same amount of calories. Exercises like this that incorporate your whole body, and are done with very small break intervals, straight up shred your fat apart.

@pedobearishot this will lose more fat then jogging for an hour. If you jog for an hour you will burn like x amount calories, then after awhile you will have to jog for MORE hours to burn the same amount of calories. Exercises like this that incorporate your whole body, and are done with very small break intervals, straight up shred your fat apart.
