IT would be very hard for me to believe that someone having a seizure would continue driving up claiborne from the bridge, past Elysian Fields, and take the interstate on ramp all while having a seizure. The time it takes from the bridge, to get to that on ramp is MUCH longer than the time of a seizure. Not to mention, it takes someone atleast to be minorly cognitive to operate a vehicle to that point.

A person can have this type of seizure and seem as if they are just staring ahead, daydreaming. Afterward, it can leave them feeling confused and not knowing anything that had just happened. People should not comment about what they "think" they know about something before actually LOOKING IT UP and know your information.

I personally never video taped this video. Secondly, they did call 911 the second they call out the license plate number in the video. We did take concern in it, and they did follow him from N.Claiborne + Elysian Fields. Eyes on the person in the car showed no indications of a seizure.
